Every time I go into that post office the USPS representative by the name of Becky is very respectful very attentive and is very nice and kind hearted. She is great.

This place is never open. There’s always a piece of paper on the door saying it’s closed due to “short staffing” Doesn’t seem like it’s an official closure, USPS probably doesn’t even know that their workers don’t show up to work

I tried to contact the USPS office on Magnolia in Commerce City, CO at 9:15 am. I listened to the phone ring for 8 times without an answer. This is during business hours so there had to be SOMEONE there during that time. I tried the office on Brighton Blvd, same thing, again during their office hours. I was upset. WAS EVERYONE ON BREAK? I waited till about 10:55 am tried the main 800 number same thing, I finally went with a call back. They said 13 to 20 minutes so I am patiently waiting but not expecting a call within that time period. The post office keeps charging more for everything you do but NO SERVICE! This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks I have tried to reach the USPS on Magnolia at different times of the day without getting an answer! WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?NOT A HOLIDAY so where is everyone?I sat by the phone to not miss the call, I picked it up on the 3rd ring and got a recording which I did not even understand what it said. I just hung up and got another call this time picked up on 1st ring still a message said something which I did not catch. 3rd time I actual was quick enough to here the message say to punch any key which I did, I thought I would be talking to a person but NO I got a message indicating the agent would be with me in a few moments. I finally was talking to a live person this was at 11:40 Long past the 20 minutes they indicated. Then I was on the phone trying to get a price for a priority express with signature prize for a envelope. I was told they do not deliver next day to the 30188 zip code from 80022 it would be two day and then went on to tell me they did not offer signature for that zip code and cost would be $38.15 without the signature. Certified with the card would be $11 45 and would get there on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday of next week.

I have the notification to tell me when my mail is coming and what it is.Many times the mail person has not put my mail in my box.Isn't this illegal? Where's he putting my mail?

They don’t deliver any mail when people have vacation days. So frustrating as a business owner not to receive or have out going mail picked up ! They need new management!! ?

Employee stole my package ? told me to leave it on the counter as it was labeled and paid for, then it was never scanned in. It’s one thing to get lost in transit, it’s another to have no updates whatsoever it’s been a week. There was literally no one else in the post office with me at the time either.?

The door says open at 9 am . Was there at 930 not a single person there ? And you people charge us for what ? This has been the case many times .i wish my job let me show up late and keep a fat paycheck .really sad service .

This is my favorite USPS I've ever been to! It's super small and cute - there was only one person in front of me in line. Amanda was working when I went in and she was an absolute delight! She was so kind, and even had candy for patrons. I would definitely go again
