Package dropped off at location “other”. NoPhoto of proof of delivery, no answers from UPS. Although it was delivered somewhere I guess.Updated review, I’ll give two stars because I believe the delivery driver attempted to pull a fast one. “Delivered” at 10 am, and then actually delivered at 4pm after two bad reviews, a few phone calls AND contacting them on instagram

Sent several people an offer letter had us show up and wait outside for 2 hours to be told they weren't interested the manager is a clown and didn't have the decency or the balls to come tell us himself

Truly deplorable customer service. Tried calling them multiple times to get a package delivered to my place of residence that they said I no longer lived at. Kept saying they’d call me back but never did. Rerouted my package back to the shipping company but they wouldn’t divert the package back to me when I called. At this point I don’t know if they are capable of anything.

I am experiencing the same issues here, and it's quite frustrating. Several packages have arrived damaged, Amazon packages are marked as undeliverable, and the most recent issue is that my Old Navy package containing several items has now been updated to lost in their tracking system. I truly believe one of their personnel decided to keep my package due to all the lies and delivery status changes (after my inquiry). Commerce City, CO Customer Service representatives are useless liars (my experience) as of 16 November to the present date. My delivery status was changed several times. They blamed USPS (to no avail) and finally started an investigation that will take up to 8 days for an outcome. Hopefully, the BBB will hold them accountable. I checked their FB page, and this behavior is completely normal and tolerated.
