The dispatcher of this terminal named PHILLIP is sooo rude... he doesn't deserve to be a dispatcher if he's not patient enough to respond to customer inquiries about the many shipments being delayed at their terminal. he loves to bang the phone when hanging up and speak in a rude manner. i don't know how his parents raised him up.

If you ship any LTL freight make sure it does not end up at this terminal to get delivered in CO. Your freight arrives and takes them a week or two to set up any sort of appointments get your pallets delivered. They will lie and claim they are working on it but never do. They don't answer any phone calls and when you try talking to them nicely they get mad and hang up. Its by far one of the worst run locations.

This place has horrible customer service and has no idea what they are doing. Told me when to show up for freight package and then had to wait almost 2 hours for them to pull it off the trailer since I had to pick it up myself and they never delivered to my house.

Wow. This place. They lost a package. Changed my delivery call number by 1 digit, after i had got confirmation and tracking. This has been a unwanted headache.

A rep called and gave me a delivery window of 12-6 on 6-6. At 6 I called and after 20 minutes on hold was told it would be tomorrow at 12-6. Even their tracking website said the 6th. Totally understand the horrible reviews.

When you need to send a package after work(7pm) this is not the place to go despite Google saying it is open 24 hours with onsite services. There was also an employee to assist in picking up packages, but they could not accept a package to send. I have a few choice words but I'll save them for the next person that cuts me off in traffic.Super confusing area in warehouse district. Signage is poor.

Denver terminal is an absolute joke. Even TForce Customer Service can't get them to answer the phone and provide an update on your shipment. I guess TForce is the new Yellow.

Negative infinity stars. My single pallet has been sitting at the terminal for 9 days. No calls from the company to schedule a delivery. No one at the terminal picks up the phone and it just replays the automated messages repeatedly regardless of what extension you call. I’m in Fort Collins an hour away and their reasoning for not delivering is that I’m in a remote location that doesn’t receive daily deliveries. Call the 1800 number countless times, created and claim that’s been “escalated” and even they cannot reach a person at their OWN terminal.This place is a joke it’s a complete dumpster set on fire. My company will never ship with them again. Don’t waste your time or money with LTL shipments with this company.

I saw another person report they have been promised and lied to multiple times and this has been happening to me for over 10 days now. We practically begged them to let us rescue our freight on a box truck and they refused saying it was already loaded for delivery. However, it has never delivered. They will not pick up their phone, so good luck talking to someone. They only reply by email and you get about 1 reply a day. They have been lying for days saying they are going to deliver and have countless excuses as to why they have not- up until 48 hours ago when we stopped getting any reasoning for delays. DO NOT move freight through this terminal.

I placed my order I got my order 4 days earlier than what the eta delivery date was driver dropped ship ment out of the way the best they could. For being a curbside only company there employees do there best to help the customer out. I hope my next shipment I order is threw them.

I was told 2 day arrival al warehouse and 7 days later it arrived and was told I could pick up anytime between 7 am and 7 pm. Arrived 6:15 pm to pick up and everyone and I mean everyone went on dinner dream at 6:30 AND NO warning and I had to sit and wait.

I would select zero stars if that were an option. The first scheduled delivery date did not happen because the representative at T Force Freight claimed that the shipment was still on the train and not yet at the terminal. No phone call or any kind of notification that the shipment was not going to be delivered on the designated day. Fast forward to today, the second scheduled delivery date. The delivery did not happen today either. This time the driver became ill. No phone call nor notification of any kind. We will give it one more try only because I really want the shipment, but the company is unreliable in deliveries and communication. I will never use this company again.

A UPS store sent me to this location and I arrived to find: THIS IS NOT UPSJust awful mentality and service. I had been spending 10k$ per month with ups to send packages for my business. Today, I had 2 packages over 150lbs and the UPS store referred me to this location.I arrived at this location which is no longer affiliated with UPS. They are called T-farce or something. As I arrived to send some freight, the lady behind the counter was quick to tell me they are not UPS and their fees are more expensive than anyone else. Nice salespitch!Seems like the lady really wanted to get back to not working. So I guess ill spend over $100k per year with FedEx now. So long T-farce. The entire vibe of the place was scummy.*edit* after reading some other reviews about this place, I think I dodged a bullet by not using this racket.

I ordered my couch and was worried my stuff wouldn’t get here or that it’d get lost based off an immense amount of reviews I read. Everything arrived per my scheduled appointment. I was the last to be scheduled for the day, and the driver communicated with me throughout the day notifying me that they were about an hour or two behind and gave me a pretty good estimate of 6pm delivery. On the phone I was told my pellet could only be delivered via ramp, and I had about 8 steps to my apt on the first floor. The driver OFFERED to help me get my couch pieces INTO my apt. Now I think I was just fortunate and lucky to have him, or maybe all of their drivers go above and beyond, I don’t know. If you can request drivers who are commutative, supportive, and hard-working, request Tim. Unfortunately don’t know his last time, but he delivered my Albany Park sofa! If you’re reading this, thanks so much again, you have no idea how much you helped!! I’m giving it four stars because if you miss their call to set an appointment, it’s impossible to call them back with someone answering. I was told they usually are near the phones around 10am-4pmish and I called at 12pm with an immediate answer (after my 7th attempt haha).
