We paid for and requested 2 port-a-potties for a large kids' event, only to have United Site Services deliver them to the wrong site. After numerous phone calls, United Site Services delivered only 1 to the correct location the following day. The customer service from United Site Services is poor and unacceptable.

One of the worst vendors I’ve ever dealt with. They made a mistake on the billing and it caused a huge mess on the back end of one of my jobs. Then had the audacity to act like it was our fault. Will never use them again. Just find someone else for your needs.

The incompetence on display at this company is astounding. I was charged twice for a one dumpster. Every person I tried talking to at United Site Services about this either has no idea what's going on or they send me to their sub contractor who handled the service (nothing from them either). They haven't made any effort to correct the issue and only make demands for payment. Go with a local company for your dumpster and porta-potty needs. United Site Services should be avoided at all costs. They are broken.

Canceling service. Been a customer for years. Charged for missed services. Never get called back when we have concerns or problems. Finding a new company. We were with a company they bought out and it’s been awful transition.

Had 2 toilets and a sink delivered to my jobsite here in Denver. They were good at servicing at first but then I didn't see them for over a week. I called this morning and the lady said that she would check on the status and call me back to let me know when they were coming, but No call/No show. There are over 20 trades people using them so we need them serviced immediately!

Somehow of porta potty from them ended up in front of our apartment building and it's been there for two weeks and they refuse to come pick it up

Very Very dissatisfied with the service. Was forced to switch due to them buying out other company and have had nothing but trouble for 1.5 years and now they have a $1000 min for 1 event so will be finding new company.

BEWARE of the company they never show for scheduled cleaning, it go weeks. The customer service is the worse. GO with someone else, there is better company out there.

United Site Services (porta john). They are horrible to deal with. They bought out a company we used and have truly deceitful business practices. They invoiced us for services never rendered and sent us to collections when we refused to pay because they NEVER showed up.

Terrible services, they never delivered an unit. Now they are charging us for the month of November, when our program finished.We been asking to stop sending invoices for a service we did not receive. Everytime we call is a different person. Last email Supervisor replied but she didn't do anything because now they still sending invoices. Next step is to filling a complaint with BBB and consumer protection office from Colorado Attorney Office.

Promise 2x/week service as their standard but can barely manage 1. Customer service is quick to make promises and tell you “it’s marked urgent and on the schedule” and then nothing ever comes of it, not even a phone call.

If I could give negative stars I would.The service is horrendous.They constantly miss cleaning days .Their Customer service reps are horrible and provide zero help too many times they say they will call right back.They never do and when you call back they say they have no record.Accounts payable are inept
