Busy busy place so it's like any other busy truck stop. Clean as they can keep it but traffic keeps it dirty. Mostly paid but some free. There's a map by the entrance and I couldn't get a clear picture so I outlined it on another map. Green parts are free and yellow is paid. They do have parking for Bob tail by the pumps. Right now the only entrance is on 53rd street by the blue beacon truck wash.

This place is horrible. I pulled into the bay at 1pm for a straight forward inspection. Now it's 5:30pm and they still haven't finished. Absolutely beyond inexcusable. Avoid this location if you care about your time.

As a truck driver being every one goes by time I have been here so many time so today for the last I came 2 employees were flirting with each other and I was there rushing needed help I would never come to this gas station anymore

Crap hole to begin with but they don’t put signs on the pumps when they’re broken. Just go to Sapp Bros. (I refuse to patronize the FLY J, it’s a worse crap hole.)

Really friendly service inside but the gas station bay was incredibly sticky and gross. The bay reader didn't accept my King Soopers number and wouldn't let me pay at the pump. I was told it never works when I went inside. I would not choose to stop here again.

All of the parking is paid, the employees are extremely high, and even tho the minimum wage for this state is about double the federal minimum, they have the balls to beg for tips for cleaning the showers. At least scrub the slime off the shower walls first. But hey, they have a whole 3 fast food restaurants.

If you are going to change your tire stay ready to wait 5+ hours those people do everything in order to waste your time. Travel Center Of America please be aware people who works in this location their target is not provide good customer service. their main goal is just taking your salary (hourly) and change one tire 5+ hours……

I happened to check in at TA commerce city, to replace my truck on warranty after TA Amarillo, TX had put on a wrong tyre, then also repair a damage on my trailer. The paperwork work order was done my day shift, after spending like 5 hours in waiting. I was surprised by night shift telling me that they have again do a work order to send to my company yet Day shift had already done it, wasted hours in waiting. Day shift had told me to in bay 1 then as night shift signed me called me to go in bay 5. Everything is messed up and so confused. Very unprofessional staff. The manager that light skinned bald head man so rude, shouting and so disrespectful. ?
When I reached at truck service desk, the attendant couldn't even understand what is going on. Her manager came, still he was off. He just expressing his attitude, with his threat of abandoning not to work on my truck. The manager refused to work on my trailer claiming that he is the boss in the place. And my trailer was not worked on. This is not good at all for TA.
TA as a corporate have to get away of training and teach their staffs how to handle customers. I wish you be like Loves staffs, they are so professional and know how to handle customers and works on time.

They told me the price of replacing the battery was $190, and when they removed it, it turned out that they didn't have a battery, and they still charged me $190. Be careful not to be deceived. Stupid customers service

Too many paid parking spots for trucks! They came and put a "Reserved" sign near my truck after I'd already been parked here a few hours. I'm almost all the way in the back of the parking lot, figured it was a free spot, but I guess not. Avoiding this place in the future.

I go here for showers often and it's one of the best places I think. Never had a problem and I am respectful and so is everyone there.
