Bought a pre-owned Sound Mixer, They lie on ebay stating HIGHLIGHTED "only one light is out" when actually the entire unit was not working.They wrote back saying unit was sold for parts only.Ebay will handle them.BOO HISS.You can't even call them as they don;t answer and VoiceMail Box is FULL!

I enjoy rebuilding and upgrading computers. I had a number of parts left over from previous builds. I did a web search for a local vendor or individual that had for a Dell OptiPlex 7010. There were several available, including Sum computers. My preference is to work with someone that will warranty what you're buying. Sum rose to the top of the picks. They guaranteed what I was buying, such as the power supply and motherboard. I called Sum and spoke with Moin, who is the owner. I verified he still had the $80 dollar bare bones case available and I went to inspect my find. The pc case was in great shape and the Dell had a new home. About an hour later, with the addition of of an 1 tb ssd and 16 gb of ddr3 ram, I had a like new computer running like a champ. Sum staff and owner were extremely helpful, knew their stuff, offered advice, warranted their product, and I couldn't be happier. I can't recommend them enough!Paul M.

I have purchased several computers from SUM over the last 3 years and have found their descriptions accurate, their customer service responsive and that they provide excellent value for the money.
