Called in to get a brake chamber replace , talked to frank got there 20 minutes later they got my truck in Quickly and fixed very knowledgeable the mechanic . The whole 9 yards with the service desk and mechanic . Great service .

The employees here are so friendly and helpful. Not only is this a great stop for truckers, it's a great stop for local motorists needing to refuel and stock up on snacks.

I love this place the employees are always nice and smiling very friendly except one security guard but u have to have a cdl to shower? otherwise I'd give 5 stars

Brandie is THE BEST they were out of chicken and she went and dropped some fresh for me then she was very informative on every question I asked and I thought to myself what doesn't this woman know 10/10 recommend

Worst truck stop I've been to. Had an employee just cut in line while waiting to pay. Zero deals on anything like, all the food looks days old. Slowest most useless employees. Just a waste of real estate.

Wow! Just like the other reviews state, they also towed my truck after i paid for 4 nights and i also tipped them!I had a family emergency and had to fly to see my first born child and stay with my wife 24/7 as the doctors required me. Then a stranger trucker, just called me and told me they're towing my truck while i was away. He located my phone number online, by googling my dot# on the side of my truck, while their Manager Ken said they got my information wrong so they did not contact me. So either sapp bros are partners with COLORADO ROADSIDE POSSE, or their security guys are getting their share after towing our trucks.

Firstly, in the sapp bros truckstop there are always homeless people annoyingly begging for cash right outside their building doors or they wonder between the trucks during the night, which doesn't make feel safe for our trucks, secondly there are other homeless people who are sleeping in their cars right around their property. So this truckstop is absolutely unsafe for truckers! The security including their manager K. are only busy getting their cuts from the nearest Tow Company for towing our trucks! Dear fellow truckers, this how Sapp bros are treating us!

If they carried Cherry Pepsi ZERO I would change this to a 5 star. Nice little truck stop off of I70 and Quebec. Typical convivence store items and nice selection of items for the trucker or tourist.

Filled the tank on my truck with premium gas because I was on empty. I have sensors and gauges in order to keep my V8 running like I need to, the gas is bad. C- rating. I completely wasted 140$ and now I'm going to have to empty my tank in order to save the engine.That's a disgusting thing to do.I also bought beef jerky inside. It had been expired for a year.The place is filthy. Needs to be shut down.

So there I was. Cleaning my car thinking about showering talking to a trucker and was offered perhaps a shower pass. No worries either way on my end and this lovely security gentleman comes out to tell me I am not allowed to shower here allegedly as I am in a vehicle. I have no doubt that there was a bias of some sort. And then just now after using the cover of the back area for like an hour to sort out my car a girl comes out and says we called the cops on you. I'm like what? I said have them meet me in the front and then she said there's no parking up there either even though I'm sitting now writing this in a parking spot out front of the legendary Apple Barrel restaurant. I mean like what the eff. If I'm in an area that is a problem just come out introduce yourself and kindly explain what I need to do. Don't let me do what I'm doing for an hour and then all of a sudden it's needless aggression and wasting law enforcement's time. It's a horribly wet, cold, and nasty day and I have the good fortune of living in my vehicle at the moment. I'm kinda thinking SAPP is an apropos name for whatever this place is. When will humans realize that all you have to do is talk to another person respectfully and that's it. Thanks for making me cry more in this horribly difficult life situation. You sure let me spend my money, didn't you. #fail
