False advertisement, charged me way more for gas than what was advertised at the road. Didn’t realize until it was too late. Horrible price anyway it’s a dollar cheaper at most places on this date.

We stayed here 1 1/2 days here it was busy but very nice staff , cautious and showered were clean and large loved our stay .We sure will be coming to stay at this TA next time we're up here for sure .

I took my truck, just a box truck to do express oil change. First the supervisor directed a trainee to enter it as rapid oil change which apparently means something else. When her shift was over, another lady came in and directed the trainee to enter it as express oil change. Now, I asked for express because I did not have much time to wait as I already had a load to deliver in LA, CA. It took 3 sold hrs for the technician to finish the express oil change, not because it takes that long, but because the technician was jumping from here to there and for sure did not know what he was doing. When I was told he is done, he had only changed 2 filters, the Freightliner box truck has 3 filters. He went back to change one more. When that was done, the vehicle could not start, apparently he had not done something right, another senior technician came and corrected him and the vehicle started. When I went to pay the bill, there were 3 steps of oil change that I should have seen and should ask the technician to show me if I did not see him doing. I approved the bill, thinking I will go to the technician and he would show them to me when I'm taking out the truck. When that time came and I asked him, he replied with an attitude, "now what don't you see?" I told him never mind; I did not want to lose any more time. Whatever he did to the truck I'm not so sure it was all fine because the truck brought on engine check lights which I had to drive with till i could find another repair shop. I tried to ask the senior technician, he told me they would go off after a short drive. I drove more than 300 miles when they're still on and had to truck the shop for another phase of repairs for the problem I did not have. Though the oil change was shoddy and took too long to finish which wasn't necessary, I was billed $551 compared to $365 that I had paid at Speedco previously moreover the speedco bill included greasing which my TA technician did not do as that would be another billable work. - Exuberantly charged, - for shoddy work, - got extra problems and had to pay for another repair services, - lost time and nearly missed my delivery appointment That is my experience with TA and tell me why I should ever go TA or advise anyone else to go there?

this is the worst mechanic store in Colorado. they don't know how to do their job AND refuse to fix it after they fuck up your truck. whatever you do, DO NOT give them your money.

TA Truck Service staff are unorganized and rude because of it. They all will sit at the desk and do absolutely nothing and still not answer the phones while the mechanics & attendants "on 1/30/23" helped 1customer while phone was ringing and others were in line. Then when I explained that I received a call they stated that they are no longer here so too bad. It'll be a long wait even though someone already reached out saying to come to the shop. Very rude!!!! Glad I walked In instead of pulling my 80ft truck out of its spot. Too cold to not answer the phone as well, that could have been easily said via phone if either of them would have bothered to answer. Then they want to have an attitude when asked for clarity. Disgusting customer service, more like lack of it. Wish I could give no stars for their shop. They store/fuel/ and restaurants customer service is amazing though!!! Truck service needs new management ASAP!!!!!!!!!!

Tonight when I called to ask a question like if they sold gift cards, the person working literally hung up on me because they said they "couldn't answer 17,000 questions" after I asked a clarifying question she didn't seem to understand. The most unprofessional and terrible service I've ever experienced.

I like this gas station / truck stop. Employees are friendly and the truck stop has a lot of fun merchandise to check out. I actually did some Christmas shopping here.

This is the worst TA truck in Colorado.I would give this place 00000000000000000000000000.0 of 10.the service lady is setting on her phone all the time and when I tried to speak to he she would act like I work for her. And the Mechanic man He would be smoking during work and he has attitude.I had appointment at 2:00am just for oil service and it took them almost 5 hours to get it done.please let's try to show these people that they work for as not the opposite.

Very sad to have stopped at the Burger King at this location and find out that the 8 nuggets cost over $5.00 I mean not a meal JUST NUGGETS!!!!! This would and does actually cost $1.49 at every Burger King that I have been to BUT because they are owned by TA they can over charge everyone!!!! What pisses me of the most is it is a truck stop and they are really spreading everything that those guys do for our country by OVERCHARGING them!!!! WTG TA!!!! Won't be back EVER!!!!

Ppl yelling & ? cursing... come on now jacking up customers mornings up❗ Also Designate / Install A Sink For Your Truckers, We Cook & Don't Always Like Eating Fast Food That You Offer... This place stole 25 dollars from me. I got 25$ with of gas and was charged 50. When I called she said there is nothing I can do. What a disgusting thing to do to someone now a days. I don't even know how it happened and she hung up on me when I asked

Coffee was good and I got a clean shower. The ladies in the shower area were very polite and helped me figure out where to go. I also bought the Verizon portable internet box at the Verizon store there and the employee (Brian, I believe) was very helpful. $12 down to walk out with the box and then $103 every month for 150 Gigabytes. I have spectrum for a phone provider and it's very spotty, so the portable box will come in handy when I don't get service or run out of data for my phone.

If I could gifts zero stars cause I will gift it to the store. The owner has no respect for their customers. he believes that he’s some kind of God. I put gas gas or until today, because I’m not going back there anymore, literally every day, every day, and he’s always chasing me out tomorrow leave the pump even though there’s no one there
