I had a very hard time canceling or editing my reservation I called customer service they transferred me to the Chicago location which told me call customer service back they couldn’t help me so I just kept the reservation.All in all they customer service sucks! And they charge an extra $14 a day if you leave the state in the car.

Do not rent from the Denver location if you are older than 50 as there is a good chance you may fossilize (like I felt I might) before you get your keys. Sooooo slow. If however, you want to save a few dollars and rent a nice Jeep, then this is your place. Nice shuttle drivers.

If I am able to give 0 stars I would!DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!!THE MOST UNACCEPTABLE CHARGES!!!!!ITS NOT WORTH THE CHEAP PRICE WHEN AT THE END THERE ARE EXTRA CHARGES TROUGH THE ROOF!!!

Idil was great. She got me into the car I wanted quickly and made sure I had the proper coverage and toll fees included without any over charges. Very friendly as well.

Would leave 0 if I could. As a local that needed a car while my car is In the shop I decided to rent a car through Expedia. Arrived and was told that the company has a policy that it won’t rent to locals and you have to have a flight itinerary. Bs policy but fine. After calling to get a refund, I was told that the person in charge would not issue a refund. Looking at the Refund policy. It states you have to cancel 6 hours before. I only payed for the rental 3 hours from pickup.Use any other rental company that you can, just don’t use this one!!!

We rented a vehicle from this company online and there was no mention of insurance requirements during the reservation and booking process. Once we arrived to pick up our vehicle the employee told us the vehicle is required to have full cover insurance or they couldn’t complete our rental agreement. We had to pay 55 a day just for the insurance alone. I also asked him if all car rentals have this requirement and he told us yes. Did we get duped???

Waited 40 minutes to find out they only rent to people with a round trip air ticket. Did not say that when I made the reservation. The tellers were taking more than 20 minutes to move each person through the line.

DO NOTUSE THIS COMPANY!! The worst rental car experience of my life. Had I been one person later in line, I would have had to wait around for a car because they appeared to have overbooked. The car I was given was pretty dinged up and they barely did a walk around with me. I got pulled over because the plates were expired by five months and from out of state. I did not receive a final bill and was told to email a request. I never received a response. Then 2+ weeks they charged my card $59. I called and got the runaround and an email address for their customer support team. Still no answer on additional charge!

My first & last car rental with Routes. Poor customer service, from front desk staff to shuttle driver. Paid additional $120 (for driving to adjacent State and toll) as the hidden charges (they may say as per agreement), including a $50 toll admin fee, when the toll charge itself is less than $10 ?

These guys are amazing!!!picking up the car was fast and easy,I ran into a snag picking up my mother inlaws car and had to extend my rental over the phone day by day while fixing the car.they made it very easy use them you will be impressed if I could give them ten stars I would.

Just went through the whole booking process through economic bookings and nowhere in there. Does it say that you cannot be a resident of Colorado to rent from this company, (how dare you discriminate against the state you literally work in,) but then you go to these reviews and there's a million bad reviews about how they just don't even tell you that you have to have a foreign ID to rent from them. How does this make any sense at all? And why are you not warning people if I don't get 100% refund I am going to be so mad because it says I should get 100% refund as long as I cancel within 48 hours and this will be 3 months before the trip
