Edit: Based on the response from DeDe the owner: Again with your accusatory tone in your response. This situation has nothing to do with the customer always being right, and everything to do with the horrible manner in which you spoke to us. I double checked your website and It doesn't say anything in an easy to find place about third party drivers. Which doesn't matter anyway! When you hire someone to deliver your product, they become a representative of your company, period. Instead of calling to chew us out, maybe you should have called the delivery company to ask why they said we could keep the food or else it would be thrown away. Bottom line, we did not steal from you!!! The product we got by mistake was returned to you, and the couple things we kept on accident were paid for!!! Correct????? Putting the monetary amount of the product into your response only furthers your perpetuation that we stole from you, which we did not! To anyone wondering, I have a ring camera video of my conversation with the delivery person, and 2 borderline harassing voicemails from the owner (demanding I take down and then edit my review). I know this place has mostly great reviews, but if you look into the negative ones, they definitely mention customer service as the downfall.

All I have to say is Wow, I have never been treated so poorly by customer service! Here goes... Yesterday I received an order that was not mine. I told the delivery driver this was not mine and that the address on the boxes were in a different city. He told me if he took it back they would just throw it away and that I could keep it (this is all on my ring camera video btw). I asked him if he was sure, and again he said yes. A couple hours later got a call that we had received the wrong order, which we acknowledged. I told Brian at customer service what had happened/what the driver said. He asked me to box it back up and they would come get it. Annoying to have to do as I had unboxed everything and put it in the freezer, but whatever. I left work to come home and box the stuff back up and put out on the porch and get back to work as quickly as possible. In my haste of doing this, I forgot I had put 2 tubes of food in our fridge to thaw so our dogs could have food. The next morning get a call that 2 tubes of food were missing. I admit I forgot I had put 2 in the fridge. They say they will invoice us for them. I talk with Brian again and tell him they can come pick up the 2 tubes or cancel the invoice for the inconvenience they caused us. He proceeds to try and pin the fault of the delivery driver on me. Turns out they use a third party for delivery (unknown to me, how am I supposed to know that?). Keeps pressing, asking why I would take the food, I didn't return all of it, etc. He finally says he will cancel the invoice. Cool, done, right? Wrong. A few minutes later I get a call from the CEO and she lays into me, tells me I stole from her, lectures me on how their delivery system works and to not let this happen again (on my end? I have no control over a delivery driver). She won't let me get in a word, kept interrupting me, told me theres other food companies out there I can work with. I finally got a word in and asked her why she was trying to make me feel so bad for their mix-up. She says I should feel bad, because I stole from her. She then proceeds to say she doesn't have time for this (she called me!!!!!). I hang up. My wife calls her to try and reason with her, and she proceeds to call her a thief too! I'm just appalled at this whole thing. We've been ordering from them for a couple years, and they're willing to lose a customer over what maybe $20 worth of product??? Like the CEO said, there's other raw food companies out there, so I recommend you take your business elsewhere, like we will be doing. Oh and btw, we paid the invoice for the 2 tubes we kept by mistake, so they are out $0. Done with this company!

I was somewhat reluctant to try a raw dog food diet for my two small dogs. One is a Yorkie and the other is a Pomeranian. I had been feeding Nom Nom and then Farmer's Dog, but after a friend suggested a raw dog food diet I decided to take the leap. I could not be happier with the results from feeding the food from Raw Dog food company. Both my dogs now clean up their food completely and have more energy and their coats are improving. I highly suggest this company and their customer service has been absolutely wonderful to work with with all my stupid questions and emails.

Raw dog food and co is the best option for raw pet food in all of Denver and the surrounding area. I am truly blessed to have found them after moving from out of state.
The quality is top notch. This is not the quality of “raw” food you can buy from your local pet smart. If you want to feed your animals raw, this company is the way to go.
When I first found out about them I gave them a call and one of the kind ladies who answered the phone (assuming the owner if I’m not mistaken) spent over an hour on the phone with me answering all of my questions. I can truly say the staff put their heart and soul into their work.
The reason for the 4 stars is because I wish everyday they would create a loyalty program that would benefit the frequent buyer. As a reoccurring customer who feeds her dog 2.6 lbs of meat a day, this place can get pretty expensive. I have always been confused by what the company advertises as their “vip” program because after being a customer here for the past 2 years and spending over $5000 a year, I have never seen any special offers or promotions except the Wednesday sale which is offered to everyone from 6pm-12am that takes off maybe $2-$5
I truly believe that you could benefit as a company by implementing a loyalty strategy that would help retain clientele and allow customers to feel like they are part of what makes Raw Dog Food and Company so great.

Excellent service and fair prices! 1st time ordering everything arrived as described and still frozen. They threw in free hearts for the pups which they very much appreciated. Will definitely reorder from them! Thank you!

I've been using this company for years. Good quality and knowledgeable blend of raw dog food. As of the start of 2024, they raised thier prices per pound along with the shipping prices. If you order thier max 80 lbs of food you used to get a shipping discount. Now it's $101. Unfortunately, I will have to start looking around for a new company to do business with.

Picky pup LOVES this food and we do, too! We recently transitioned our GSP/Great Dane mutt from a "boutique" kibble brand to Raw Dog Food & Co. Our dog is a spotty eater and would go a day or so without eating dry kibble, even with toppers. After the transition, we don't have this issue. Our dog's energy levels and bowel movements have made a marked improvement. Home delivery & comms with the company are excellent - food is on-time and always frozen. We're currently feeding Beginner's choice, turkey HVM, and some green tripe. All have been well-received by our dog and we intend to try more adventurous meals. The food is more expensive than kibble, but worth the investment for our dog.

These people are absolutely amazing and awesome. They go out of the way to make sure you have your food for your dogs. I accidentally hit the wrong date for delivery of my order. I was completely out of food and I called them on a Saturday afternoon and he made sure I received my food on Sunday. Home delivery. Love these guys.

I’ve been purchasing from the raw company for more than a year and a half and it’s been a very good experience. I’m so grateful they come to my local area where I can easily pick up my orders. And I get too excited every week to see Yappy Hour!The people are kind and helpful, Becca is the nicest lady that is often there on my pick up days, I’m always happy to see her. And I’ve received multiple helpful customer service experiences from the team and the owners theirselves. It matters and overall I’m very thankful I have access to them because my two pups are very healthy, full of thriving energy and good lean weight. I wish I could more easily convince everyone that it’s the best. It’s a fairly big commitment, both cost and time, but the results show, and they have a lot more variety for the value than a lot of other places.

I fed my dogs primal raw for a while and they stopped eating. I ordered the wolf run with tripe and rabbit with tripe and my dogs LOVED it! They lick their bowl squeaky clean again!

I fed my dogs primal raw for a while and they stopped eating. I ordered the wolf run with tripe and rabbit with tripe and my dogs LOVED it! They lick their bowl squeaky clean again!
