The two ladies who work weekends are absolutely amazing and wish the other staff would learn from them. Those two get 5 stars but the rest of the staff at this location have hung up on me and have rushed customers out of the store unwilling to even try to look parts up unless you are an attractive young lady then they seem to do something but I'm not going to call it productive.

Showed up at 7:35am and no one was there. I called. No answer. Probably need to change your hours online and on the door.

I needed a new tire iron and jack, and Lucas was able to assist me in finding the right tools. He was very accommodating, and took his time to educate me on which tools were best to use for my vehicle. Expert customer service. I’ll definitely be back.

I am not really a Yelp person but today I needed coolant for my car very badly. The guy at the front (Jay) informed me I had the wrong one, which I really appreciate it. He walked me through which ones work for my car after taking a peek. Once I was checked out I stopped to talk to some of the other guys in there. They were lovely. We talked about cars, they made recommendations on how to fix my car and even gave me a business card for a mechanic. After our chat, Jay helped me pour the coolant in, and offered to read my codes. He told me what I should do to fix the ones that popped up, and was very very kind the whole time. I genuinely think I would ruin my car without them. They're so helpful and so sweet every time. I genuinely appreciate it!

Took our rotors in to get machined and they said they would pass on the info. Never received a call by the evening. Tried to call and they wouldn't pick up. So we went down there and they said they didn't know they had them at all(bad communication). So they never got done.Also, didn't receive a receipt when we bought oil so couldn't get our $10 rebate either.Super unorganized. We will have to go somewhere else.

Lexy and Melanie were super helpful! We'd traveled all night from KC and they were super helpful when we came in to get tools and supplies for our trailer we were pulling on our way to Washington. Amazing friendly service. Highly recommend this location. Thank you ladies! You were awesome!
