Been going here for years and was useually a good experience but about 6 months ago the heavy set Spanish girl that works on Sundays just became rude and really unprofessional everytime I went in there.over the years I have pawned a lot of rc stuff with no incident,but the last two pawns were destroyed.one particular fifth scale car was bran new and not ran yet.during its stay the car was fired up and ran,wrecked.when I dropped it off it had one scratch on the frame,when I picked it up it had gas in it,bead locks were scuffed,motor was either ran without oil or something.also,someone took a screwdriver or something and smacked the spur gear and pinion gear with a hammer at the other end and bent both pieces.reason for this is unknown but I think the girls attitude and my cars destruction are related.also my transmitter was messed with and all the channels altered.it was obvious that they didn’t know what they were doing so it was a easy fix.After talking with the head manager and being patient he informed me that he could not find any proof,one thing he must not have done is talk to the employee I’ve known for years about our conversation on the new car and me mentioning”don’t run it”,I know they toy with people stuff but this went to far.so they aren’t paying one dime for my 1200 dollar destroyed car.and I will mention I’ve lost only a couple items over 5 years and spent over 1700 in the last month getting my destroyed stuff out.and theirs one other truck I’m scared to tear thru to see it’s damage.so that’s my final and story with the shady,lying employess at one particular jumping jack trash.

Super friendly staff and one of the most well organized/vast amount of tools I’ve seen at a pawn shop. Save yourself a bunch buying new and grab equipment here!

I brought a Great working Mitre saw in to the shop and they told me they couldn't take it because it was "too old" yet, on the way into the shop they have multiple old looking tools, which I had their guy look up the welder they had outside and it was OLDER and in WORSE condition than my saw, yet they had the welder marked for 300$. They'll only take a look at your things if your a grungy/ shady looking guy, trying to make a quick buck, but anyone who tries to make legitimate business with them, they'll turn you away or offer you OFFENSIVE OFFERS for your things. They will even lead you on and tell you to bring your things in, just to tell you no, I've had it happen 5+ times and I've had enough of their rudeness towards me. I've wasted so much time and money trying to bring things in and just told no. Shop/pawn at your own risk

I needed some extra cash to purchase an AWD BMW. The reason was strictly due to the heavy snow fall that Denver CO receives most winters. My ex wife drove a Honda civic & I drove this Firebird. Reluctantly, I did a pawn loan on my Firebird for down payment on BMW. When it became time to take my Firebird out of pawn, the Manager at the Thornton, Co Jumping Jack Cash location, decided he wanted to make a bigger profit off my car, rather than what the store location would make off my mere pawn. The Smuck, blatantly, w/ malice & forethought, stole my vehicle by not adhering to the pawn contract & or agreed to terms. He sold my pride & joy, collectors edition Firebird, deceptively as well as illegally as far as I am concerned. What a dirty S.O.B. In other words, I got car jacked at, Dirty Jumping Jack Cash.
