“We brought my daughter here on her sixth birthday to get her ears pierced and had a wonderful experience! I got my ears pierced at a mall store when I was growing up and the piercings are uneven, so it was important to me that my daughter have a more professional experience. Not only were the nurses very friendly, but they offered to do both piercings at one time which helped a lot with the shock of the piercing. I don’t know how the price compares, but it was pricey for us to get this done (~$200) but it is totally worth it. My daughter hasn’t had any swelling or redness associated with her piercing at all. 3 weeks later and she is healing nicely!!”

If I ever have to go to Kay’s again I will only go to this store. They truly care and take care of you. I was clearly upset due to our situation, and Amanda and Juan were so kind and helped me so much. Amanda also is takes photos for weddings so check that out too if you need someone! “My fiancé and I were on the hunt for our wedding rings and were struggling to find a jeweler that treated us professionally and respectfully. Thankfully we stumbled across Sarah O on Blake street and had the most amazing experience with the whole staff and with Brie who was our consultant. We were able to slightly customize his ring to be exactly how he wanted it and I was able to find a band that fit perfectly with my engagement ring. I ended up having to resize my ring as well and that process was so seamless.

“I wanted a key pendent for my wife. I had a rough idea of the size and shape. I then found Kortz Originals and decided to reach out after reading the many great reviews. I contacted 4 jewelers to create a custom pendent. All declined to take on my project. Being in touch with Mr. Kortz, my rough idea was quickly turned into a 3D piece of art that I was able to ask for adjustments in order to make the perfect gift for my wife. During the adjustments, I had several questions and Mr. Kortz gave me more than enough information to help me fully understand the process, the materials involved and the value I’m receiving vs the final price. To say the very least the Key is spectacular. Much more WOW than I expected once I seen it in person. The entire process was convenient, easy, transparent and straight forward which I can/do greatly appreciate. After the Key was completed I was convinced that I would never go to another jeweler. I completely trust Mr. Kortz professionalism, his eye for detail and the quality of his work and materials. “The entire team was so helpful during my curation appointment and helping me select the earrings for the 5 piercings I had done; a third lobe piercing in each ear, a conch and helix in my right ear, and forward helix in my left ear. The aftercare instructions are very thorough, broken down by week and piercing type including downsizing times. I will be back for additional ear curation once everything has healed.
