I took my 2019 Gray Fisher bike in on 09/ 17/22 cause I needed some extra cash with all the extras , this bike is worth 2,000 with all the upgrades and I got a loan for $150.00. The lady was very nice that pawned it for me but when I went into get my bike today 10/18/22 and paid 182.00 to get it out the young lady went to get my bike and rolled it out to me with a flat tire!!!!! And the tools that were in the bag were missing and also my water bottle!! This is absolutely unprofessional and to say the least I got home pumped up my tire and it was flat within 10 minutes.Is this how you treat your customers? This will not be the last you hear from me, or my attorney.Tara Mudgett

No customer service at all was in there for 20 minutes the store was not even busy only 3 customers and when I asked a question about one of there products they seemed bothered

Been coming here for years. The staff is amazing. And to the jerk that says they buy broken things off ebay. You are so wrong! I have personally seen you at Goodwill buying broken items and trying to sell it at the pawn shops walking around with your gross disgusting barefeet. Maybe you should watch what you do before you dis a respectable business.

I hate pawning anything yet when I need to Mario has always been very fair letting me decide how much. Sometimes I don't need all that he has offered for pawn. It makes keeping my head above water much easier.

Bad place full of liars they want to whisper about everything and then lie about pricing they have no sense of worth or anything they have no clue on how to price things they find the broken items on ebay that sold then tell you yours is not worth anything

That are under investigation by better business burrow for pawning property then they are unable to find the property and offer 1/8 of the value of the property
