  Anna is so patient and proficient with multitasking. She helped my mom get her a new phone and was able to retrieve pictures and everything else. Made my mom a happy lady.   I believe his name was Israel, but he helped me out with no issues. He was the first cricket employee who seemed to care to fix the issue. He truly made it easier for me to resolve my problems with my phone and helped upgrading feel less stressful! Thank you sir!
