First thing I noticed was how friendly the staff were. Amad whom is the owner and his sister were the ones that helped me and my family.They were not judgmental of me or my situation. They treated me like I was family honestly. Like I was someone they known for years. They asked me all the right questions. They help me with choosing a vehicle. What my needs were what features I wanted/needed. They pulled up my financing terms something with a cheap monthly payment. They also treated my guest with me like family. We were offered snacks and drinks upon getting there and were ultimately so privileged to meet this family at this small but life chaning business.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my Lexus IS from Cars on Quebec, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I flew in from Kansas City and Ahmad actually got my flight paid for which was incredibly kind. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ahmad and Joel, who both made me feel welcome and valued as a customer.
Ahmad was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to understand my needs and preferences. His professionalism and genuine care for my satisfaction were evident throughout the process.
Joel was equally impressive, offering excellent support and ensuring that all my questions were answered promptly. His friendly demeanor and expertise made the entire buying process smooth and stress-free.
Both Ahmad and Joel went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase and understood all the features of my new car. They were transparent, honest, and never made me feel pressured to make a decision. When I got back I noticed a couple things my car needed and they took care of it, no questions asked.
Overall, my experience at Cars on Quebec was outstanding, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ahmad and Joel. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in search of a new car. They truly care about their customers and provide a top-notch buying experience.

I Recently got a Lexus Is from their lot and was treated very kindly by everyone. They're super hospitable and make sure you get the car thay you want to get. We liked this place so much that my dad went back to get a Toyota Highlander from them aswell. I would Highly recommend this place to anyone.
