This is my third vehicle to be either repaired or insurance totaled at the Commerce City location. They run a good shop and their work is excellent. When my then teenage daughter wrecked her first car while driving home from work, I brought to it CARSTAR and told them I wanted to set an example to her and made her pay for the damages. They gave me a fair estimate that my daughter could afford and it’s been running great ever since. This one in photo was damaged by transporter and even though we are not paying for the damage, the most important thing was to get it done right and CARSTAR team did the job. Very happy with their work at the Commerce City location. On an added note, I have another CARSTAR shop within one mile from my house but still choose Commerce City for my vehicles because they are straight shooters.

My deductible for the car repair was $1,000, and the staff informed me that I would need to pay that amount. However, I was later charged $1,030 on my card. I wasn’t happy with this, as they should have informed me in advance if there were any additional charges such as taxes. But they didn’t mention anything until after the payment was processed.

The team at Carstar Supreme Auto Body were amazing. My Promaster van had a crumpled rear corner/edge and door damage from a tree that jumped out behind me while backing up. The results after getting my van back is perfect! They were able to work around my MaxxAir fan and solar panels and the back end is perfect now. Keith was very conscientious and thorough when writing up the service, Kellie provided semi-weekly updates and was very gracious with my in-between calls to ask about the progress, and Frankie is a sheet-metal artist who showed me the extent of the cutting, welding and steel coercion needed to make the repairs. Highly recommend!

The team at Carstar is awesome! They worked through all the insurance issues, communicated well at each stage of the process, and delivered a my vehicle fully repaired. You can’t tell that there was ever an issue and color matched the new parts perfectly. Great job and will use again.

I am impressed with CARSTAR Supreme. They are professional, yet friendly and have exceeded my expectations. The team kept me in the loop throughout the work that was being completed and was able to finish the work BEFORE the timeline I waa given. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have brought 4 vehicles in to the shop over the past 5 years and am impressed every time at the service I receive. The office staff explains estimates, helps arrange rental car pick ups and drop offs, texts with progress reports, and is friendly. I like seeing the office dog, too! My cars have been detailed/cleaned when I pick them up and all work is completed beyond satisfaction. I would definitely recommend this shop! Thank you all for the great work you do!
