Deplorable service from Brinks Towing! The driver arrived without a license plate on their vehicle, causing me unnecessary trouble as the toll company charged me! After the toll issue caused by their driver’s lack of a license plate, I called them seeking resolution. Shockingly, they promised to call back but never did! Their blatant disregard for addressing the problem they caused demonstrates their lack of professionalism and customer care. It’s infuriating to be left hanging with unresolved issues due to their negligence and unfulfilled promises. Company failed to inform me in advance about the additional cost of putting back a driveshaft. It's outrageous to be hit with unexpected charges after already enduring poor communication. This lack of transparency and responsibility is unacceptable. Stay away from this towing service if you value your time and money!

My Motor Home had to be towed to a shop in Denver from Frisco. I did not catch the driver's name but the truck was named "Growly Pete". Our driver was very professional, courteous, and diligent! This route included getting through the Eisenhower Tunnel with its height restrictions. He took great caution getting us through and into the shop in Denver. I can't say enough about his professionalism! Thank you very much!

The gentleman that picked up my vehicle was very nice. Talked to me the whole time did his job great and even let my 3 year old watch pick the car up. Great experience and would recommend this companies service to anyone.
