“Wasn't very busy when I was here. No one greeted me when I was trying to go to customer service so I sat in the waiting area and a bank teller came out from behind the counter and helped me with the service I needed. She was very friendly and got me what I needed. First Bank is not the best bank by far but it's close so I use it. This location is always clean and never that busy so convenience is a plus.”

“I have been with BOW in Frisco, Silverthorne since they opened in Summit Cty prob 14 years and now here in Comm Cty and have never had any issues. Always polite and hospitable and quick to serve. I have never had to wait in the lobby for svc.. show up in the drive through on Friday at 3:30, well then you're chosing the worse time to do your banking, simple. I do think they should stay open later than they do but make adjustments to get things done. That's why they call them 'banker's hours'. Grateful and satisfied.”
