I have been with the bank of the west for several years now. I have never had a problem until I moved to commerce city. This branch needs so much attention from customer service to management I have to completely go out of my way to go to the next closest branch because, I literally don’t know what the employees do here I will be inside for about 30 minutes getting things I need done that I can’t do on the mobile app and, then I get home and I realize I don’t know what they were doing because what I asked of them did not get done and this has been something that has happened multiple times not just once!! I have been waiting on my Bank Of The West Credit Card to get to my house over two months that’s something that should had been done within seven business days And I’m honestly over it!!! Please help get better management or a new team. You will go into the bank and there’ll be absolutely no customers all the employees are at their computers and you will sit in the waiting room for about 35 minutes before they actually attend you they have no bathrooms for their customers and honestly that’s just the beginning I can go on and on I’ve asked to speak to the manager above the bank manager but they always just bring the bank manager.

Do yourself a favor and visit another branch. I am thankful having opened an account here does not mean I am limited to this branch . Truly abysmal customer service, might I add dipped in mild “ je ne sais quoi” … It is one thing to have a bad experience once ( we all have bad days) , but when that repeatedly happens , well you know : it is the place. PS : if the ringer is loud : a hand motion or any other acknowledgement would people know that they have been heard.
