My battery was badly corroded and Juan was super helpful, kind, and patient with dealing with it and helping me swap it out for a new battery. This is my second time here at his location and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone here is so kind and helpful.

Always have the products that you need but are very overpriced on a lot of things. The internet has made it tuff on store fronts tooo sell. If you have the time order online, you'll find it's way cheaper.

Used this autozone since it opened. Never had any issues finding what I need. Staff always has been friendly and helpful.
Over the years only can think a few times where I had a longer wait then I would like due to short staffed, but that has not been recently.

Went tonight to get some parts the guy who was behind the counter didn’t care to help me I used to work for Autozone years ago I now see what people mean when they said it’s hard to find good help

They are a good place to get commonly replaced parts. They dont always have what you need tho and dont offer to order it for you. Instead they just say sorry we dont sell that here.

Juan G provided excellent customer service!! I was stuck an hour away from home for a job and came to this autozone because my battery randomly died and I was so afraid I wouldnt be able to make it home (I know next to nothing about cars). Juan did double checks on my battery and alternator to make sure the diagnostic was correct but it turns out the screw to the battery thing was just loose. So thankful for his expertise and the education he provided regarding my car.

This particular Auto Zone is a pretty good store. I can usually order online and it's in stock at this location though I have had things shipped to this store. It's a smaller foot print so inventory is limited. The only negative for this store is staffing. If more then 3 customers are in the place then there will be a line to check out. This location also takes back used oil at least as long as you bought the new oil there. I've never had any issues here.

The employee asked what I needed and she had me wait with my walker while she went through the store and picked up everything I needed!! This was the first time it was done for me, I felt very special.

Not open when they were supposed to be….My battery was dead this morning 10/31/23 and I only live 5 minutes away. Showed up at 7:20 and waited until 7:40 to see if they would open. Called and no one answered. There were others in the parking lot waiting as well. I went to oreillys down the road and they weren’t open either. Even though both locations say they open at 7:30. I ended up in Brighton at the Oreillys and received help. Definitely won’t bother going this close to home again.
