I had an issue with one of my orders being delayed and my pods didn’t make it. The customer service was fantastic and they made it more than right. It was wonderful working with Maxwell and Susan both were helpful and quick to respond even over the holiday.

These guys have it down to a science! I have no worries placing orders with Algae Barn. You will recive a high quality product damn near every time. Of course nobody is perfect, but I'm sure they'll go out of their way to make it right.
