This is a great location for all my propane needs and at a very reasonable price. The new dock set up is great and makes it more of a streamline process to fill my tanks. I receive stellar customer service from the girl at the front desk and won't go anywhere else!

When Dave was the owner of Affordable Propane, I would have given them 10 stars. Since the acquisition, I had to switch companies after a year of being unable to get my tank filled with weeks' notice. Many times, Ray at Fred's Propane (THANK YOU, Ray) was granted clearance to fill my tank since my home was not in a convenient range for them to deliver gas before I would run out. Ultimately, I was told that they would be cancelling my account since I lived too far into the Hills (I am 6 miles from Boulder).Since I have had a new tank installed, I have tried to get them to pick up their tank for months now. They keep telling me they will call me back when they can fit me into their schedule.Not only could I never get gas without a hassle, now I cannot get them to pick up a 1K gallon tank that is sitting precariously in the middle of my yard.If you are shopping for excellent service and you don't want to call multiple times and continue to have to follow up without results, either go with Fred's or Polar.UPDATE: The tank was picked up a day after I left this review, so I am increasing my 1-star to 4.Thank you.

Affordable Propane is hands down a five star organization. They are service-oriented, community focused, professional and a great value. They treat customers as partners and not only provide great propane services, but make sure your tank and line are in good condition and safe. Their office team are excellent in handling billing and payments, always with a smile, personable and kind. This company has nailed the ability to cascade quality into every aspect of their service. We feel really blessed to be customers. Miranda at the office always treats us as cherished friends. We LOVE Affordable Propane.

Company is under new management. Mom is a senior and she was caught off guard after the recent extreme cold spell. After we worked out a couple of misunderstandings, she got propane just before she completely ran out. Thank you.

Have been a customer for years. First time needing a repair. This morning I saw a brown stain on my white, 500 gal propane tank. Upon inspection, I saw a drip of liquid coming off one sideof the fill valve. I shut the gas off to my home immediately. It also smelled pretty strong. I called the company and left a voicemail on the emergency number. A call back from them assured me they had someone in the service dept. going to contact me soon. A service tech named Jose called me and asked a few questions. Even though it's the weekend, Jose sent a service tech out to my house, and a temporary valve was installed to stop the leak. My propane in the tank was saved and I have heat thanks to their awesome technician. Thank you so much!

This is a great place. If you ever need to fill your tanks for camping, I highly recommend this place. Delilah was very nice and such a great help.

Worst propane company there is! They'll rent you a tank and not tell you that you're renting it, and can't prove it's their tank. Their tanks have no markings on them, (which is illegal, since they own it, not you). Find someone else. Affordable tanks are anything but affordable, especially since they're now owned by a corporation, and have no records of their own sht.

Cheapest & most friendly place to get propane! They even give discounts for food trucks! The people here love their job and it shows! Will be coming here for years to come for my food truck!
