7-11 is really starting to get a bad reputation. Either all their stores are disgusting OR they are decently clean but with cruddy customer service.
The cashier (I didn't get his name) is always rude or has an attitude. Just today I had walked in and witnessed him yelling at a customer about a coupon 7-11 had in their fridge.
Honestly, save the headache and go to a different station. This one is a total scam.

The pumps only allow 20gallons, I can't even fill up from ¼tank with 20gallons, fix this!

Everything here is completely jacked up. Pump buttons didn't work, gas pump auto shut off was faulty, clerk was talking on the phone the whole time and i had to repeat myself several times, both air pumps took my money and neither worked, and the restroom was "closed" at 1 am. I'm a regular customer at 7 Eleven, and this location is the WORST one that I have ever been to.

I don’t know why I’ve never noticed until today 7/20/24 that every time i get gas and pay inside and use tap to pay a d purchase a drink or anything else , i see the total in todays case was $27.03 then i go get my gas my total rounds up to $28.00??? it has done this multiple times and its never clicked until today. i have jusy never really paod much attention to the total on the screen vs what im charged until today. Why????

Today June 9 3:50 pm it is the second time I see the same cashier ( the guy with beard ) burping and blowing just right in front of the customer. Pleasssse somebody teaching him not to share his body gases.

Had already payed for my items and got into my car when someone came running out saying the attend said I forgot something when I came back he said I owed him more money to which I payed on my card reluctantly and now have been double charged for my items add to list of chains to absolutely avoid. Same thing happened to my girlfriend just an hour before. She came in, paid $13, left, then got told she forgot to pay the rest of the balance which was $4. The card was approved the first time and he said “have a nice day” so it’s weird he asked us to come back in to pay again.

Pool service I needed help for the gas pump but staff was not helping and took the receipt from me left me straded. My car did not have a gas fillled cuz the pump was stopped only at $4!!!!..so I had to go fill at Kingsupers nearby and thank you it's cheaper!. The staff was not do his job at all but walked away with my receipt!!.. he should not be hired anymore!

The attendant asked me if I was paying with cash or card and I said card and go in the respective line. Once I got up and payed for my items with my card I withdrew cash back. He tried to refuse to give me my money after it had been pulled from my account because it was "close to his shift ending" he then proceeded to yell at me when I insisted on getting my money that was taken out of my account. He did not say cash back was unavailable prior to this transaction.This was laziness on his part and the yelling was outright disrespectful and unacceptable. I did not yell. I am disgusted. Ajay was the attendant. Should not be working with people.

Gas pumps lock the cards in, think i forgot mine here. Now I cannot get anyone on the phone to ask. Have called the number for the 7 Eleven and philips 66 Gas Station. One number does not even have a voice-mail box to leave a message at. Very dissatisfied with the service.EDIT: Response from "Owner" gives a link to a non-functional page on bit.ly. the page states the URL is "no longer available because it was created by a suspended account". Not only will they NOT answer the phone, they won't even give you a real link for feedback. You should be ashamed.

The gentleman working the morning shift today seems to have something against me I try to be nice but he's always rude with me and has raised his voice at me two times already I've tried to brush it aside In hopes that me being polite would change the way he is with me but today was the last straw this is the closest 711 to me and it sucks I feel like I have to go to another one to be treated like a normal human beingIt's the bald somewhat small built African American fellow that has treated me bad everyone else has been perfectly nice I even say thank you to him when I pay and he ignores me but I've seen him talk nice to everyone else this used to be my favorite stor before jenny left the most recent incident happened 01/12/24 at approximately 8:50

Add this to your list of 7elevens to avoid. I don't know what it is with 7-Eleven but they're the only major chain convenience store that can't seem to get tap to pay working across the board. Not only that, but they ALSO DON'T ACCEPT PAYMENTS WITH THEIR OWN APP. This is truly pathetic. When the little single store barely hanging by a thread gas station has tap to pay but a multi billion dollar corporation hasn't made all their franchises come on board, you know there is a problem
