Filthy, prices not accurate, attendant either unhelpful or actually powerless. Men's bathroom was closed, women's toilet clogged and unflushable; used feminine products in the bowl (people suck). No soap to speak of. Bathroom door doesn't fit properly, wouldn't even close to latch. Should have put a sign up saying "bathrooms closed" on the store entry door. Then we pick out 2 for $4 drinks, very clearly advertised; they ring up full price. Attendant says nothing he can do, expresses disdain when it takes a few moments to enter an email for a reward. Can see why he's not thrilled to work there. Have never been to a store where they can't correct a clearly marked price inaccuracy. Shame on him if it's laziness/refusal; terrible policies if he truly has no control over that health-department-nightmare of a gas station.

Every single time I come here, and this man is working I fully expect for to be overcharged or for him to ring up extra stuff like I'm not paying attention.I just came in for water 2/2.50 my total was 4.80 and I checked and he added a 3rd bottle I didn't have. I'm telling you he does this every time.. beware

Beware..every single time I go to this 711 and the bald man is working, he over charges me or rings up extra stuff like I'm not paying attention.I just went in for 2 bottles of water 2/2.50 . The total was 4.80 and when I look he rang up a 3rd bottle I didn't have. He does this with everything.

The best service , clean, so me, and my mom went to a 7-Eleven store earlier it was disgusting the employees of the other store, put slurpee cups that were on the floor on the rank my mom told her that was disgusting and we left and we came to this one and both of us said that this was better than the other store as I said in the beginning it was clean, the best service we found are stuff in 3 seconds and payed and I will recommend this store to anyone who see this post

For the people looking for nicotine DO NOT buy the Esco Bars from here, they are the fakest things I've ever seen or hit and it got me pretty sick after hitting one a couple times too (haven't hit it since)...you can see in the picture the one on the bottom is the one from this gas station and the other one is from a vape store I go too every week there's a clear difference, that is my only complaint about this store. anyways I hope you guys see this because you can get in serious trouble (such as losing your tobacco license) for this sort of thing

Food situation is straight up nasty. They'll have old, hardened food items out for hours. Imagine a slice of pizza that is so old that the pepperoni has turned black sitting out under the hot food items area. The second and third shift never put out hot food items. I believe they put out some stuff for lunchtime and then expect people at 8pm to buy the leftovers. Disgusting.

VERY BUSY and limited items inside. Went to meet someone in the parking lot. Which is very busy. It's a knows place for truck drivers, but it was definitely cleaned out. No chips, soda was mostly out and customer service was doing customer service. Not bad nor good.

If I could give zero stars I would. I just came in to use the ATM and the money came out all crazy and one of my 20's was missing a piece, not a big deal, sure. But when I asked nicely for a simple exchange so I had a better looking bill she refused. I know they do not load the ATM themselves, I've been in management before but when it's in your store and it really comes down to lose a couple customers (my mom and I) or just do a simple exchange you would think the best answer would be to just do the exchange right? I'm not sure if she's a manager or not but her name was Liz. Very unprofessional, rude and I will not be back. I asked for the managers name and number and she gives me the number to the store, I could see her through the window continuously hanging up...the list of rude things goes on and on. I probably haven't had rude service like that ever!

Take the time to go south off Peña to that 7-11. This o mine is awfulNo cup lids for drinks.No big cupsNo dogs ready or labeled.Attendant wouldn’t stand up or help.Trash all over coffee counter.This is the 2nd time. So I assume it’s like this all the time.

Methods of payment hardly ever work at this location. They never fix anything, despite bringing it to their attention. This place is the absolute worst.

Main guy that works here refuses to cook any items when requested (pizza, wings, grilled items, etc) claiming he is by himself. Does it take a long time to throw something on to get cooked and then continue your job u til it’s done? I think not.
