Super nice and honest people at Wreckmaster's! We had some bumper and fender damage that required complete replacements. Not only did Jim provide a free estimate that was significantly cheaper than one I received from another local shop, his team completed the job in no time at all and did a FANTASTIC job. The car looks brand new! I would refer anyone in CO Springs looking for car repairs to Wreckmaster's.Thanks so much, Jim and team!!

Very genuine and honest. I came in to have my new to me Silverado looked at. They were unable to get it lifted at the time I arrived, but gave it a thorough inspection from the ground. Jim was able to make me feel better about my purchase and gave me a lot of knowledge to take home. I highly recommend taking your vehicle here - thanks guys!

Ok, so it's my cousin's shop. But I know them both personally, they have taken great care of my 85yo old while he was traveling alone (accident, oops). They're honest, that means the world these days.

Wrecked my bike outside their shop. The 2 gents ushered me in and opened up their first aid kit with no hesitation. If they treat non customers like this, I can only imagine how well they'll treat their clients. Thanks gents!

I feel like I am driving a new car. After a freak accident, I took my car to Jim for repair. And I am delighted with the result. Jim is always very inventive when it comes to the best way to repair something, which can sometimes save a lot of money. Let him give you an estimate. You won't go wrong working with Jim.

I FEEL LIKE I AM DRIVING A NEW CAR. Recently, I was involved in a freak accident, and the hood, bumper and headlight were severely damaged. My auto insurance recommended a number of body shops for me to get an estimate. But without another thought, I took my Honda Civic to Jim at Wreckmasters because he's helped me with other minor body repairs in the past and I knew I could trust him totally to do an excellent job.(And he always does it with very reasonable prices.) I just got my car back today and I am thrilled with the result. Check Wreckmasters out with a free estimate. You will always be treated honestly and fairly there. And tell Jim that EB sent you!

I have trusted Jim at Wreckmasters to help me with my cars through the years. He has also helped my two sisters with their cars. I would never take my car to any other body shop. Jim is considerate, honest and can work magic with auto body repair. Take your car here.

I asked these guys to use a specific paint on the interior and a specific 3M undercoating. They agreed to this, and I provided the paint. What they did instead was to completely ignore the paint and our written agreement and sprayed the 3M undercoating on the inside of the vehicle. When confronted they simply doubled-down on their incompetence. Rather than sue them to have them fix it right, I decided they couldn't be trusted to correct their work. So, I spent over an hour with 3M engineers that couldn't believe anyone would do this - it out-gassed toxic fumes when the vehicle warmed up, and took me over 80 hours to grind off. Really, just imagine trying to grind a tough, thick, incredibly adhesive rubber from around a weld bead. While the welding work they did was fine - their communication, oversight and management is totally incompetent and they can't be relied upon to fix the screw-ups they make.
