Buyer beware. They'll blame you for anything you try to claim during the initial warranty period. It's either "made that way" or "normal wear"... if you have a pet then they too are to blame. Anything but acknowledging the product's faulty craftsmanship.

Quality wood furniture. Patient staff who checks in the right amount but also let's your make your decision without pressure. Pricey but extremely nice furniture. Worth it! Can't wait for my new dining set.

Nice selection of quality furniture without having to travel to Denver. The prices are a bit on the high side, but you seem to get what you pay for with long lasting furniture.

Driver on the interstate was extremely dangerous. Cutting people off, cussing, tailgating, changing lanes erratically. License plate AKY-C18. If your furniture arrives damaged it’s probably due to their terrible driving.

This company made a delivery to my neighbor today. It took 30+ minutes, the driver left the delivery truck running the entire time filling the neighborhood up with diesel fumes. I asked the driver to turn the truck off and they ignored me. License plate: BHB D84.

My boyfriend and I bought a really nice couch from Woodleys a while back, we lost the power cord when we moved so we went in to the store and they provided us with a new cord in no time, great customer service!

The team of sales and delivery/service were all professional & displayed upbeat personalities. Although my purchase was in September of 2021, I've had 2 separate minor issues. The first issue was taken care of with the same degree of professionalism and concern and done over the phone. My second issue was just made known 10 minutes ago, so time will tell. Heres the cool thing; The gentleman who answered the phone was our salesman, Aaron. Just the same professionalism shown as the evening we purchased our furniture. My confidence raised a little higher knowing Aaron is still with Woodley's, I think that says something about Woodley's. Stay Tuned!

I had a wonderful experience with Woodleys refurnishing two rooms in our home. Andi Brock was great to work with. She came for an in-home consultation. She had such wonderful ideas and took lots of time with me to find the best options for our living room and family room - size and proportions of sofa, chairs and tables, styles, and fabric coordination. I highly recommend Andi!

I ordered furniture in October and when the furniture was delivered the lining on the bottom of the one of the sectionals was ripped so I didn't except it. A week later I was scheduled to have the repaired piece delivered between 2-4. At 3:55 the driver called and said they were running behind and would be at my house at 5:30, at 5:30 I got another call and I was informed they would be at the house at 6:30. I've sat around all afternoon waiting for my furniture and I'm NOT ALL IMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

We had a great experience at Woodleys! Kate R. Was absolutely amazing! She showed us everything that we asked for and more! She was energetic and professional but tons of fun too! Great ideas on accent pieces, she even carried a chair across the store to put it next ton the couch so my husband could see how the accent chair would look!!!! She is keeping and eye out for us for a special loveseat for a small bedroom. We bought a couch and 2 chairs, a piece of art that was above her desk that we fell in love with too! We will be going back after the holidays and will most definitely work with Kate again!!Thank you for the great customer service!!
