“I had bought a part and I needed to return it. So my interaction with the business was not extensive. However they had great customer service. And the guys working the front desk were very warm and laid back. Definitely a great vibe to the store. Plus they have so many Milwaukee tools!!”

“Were here at least once a week or so picking up materials. They have friendly, helpful staff and awesome owners. They even provide coffee n donuts / bagels for their customers, which we appreciate. Most of the time, they have everything we needwhich is good because we drive far to get there.”
“Back to five stars! They fixed the icecream machine in the food court! Mango smoothie isn't as good as the berry. Strawberry twist Sundaes are the best anyways.

“This Pharmacy and the ladies that take care of us day-in, day-out are awesome. Always a smile, a joke, and making sure that I get my 37 pages of legal blah blah with prescriptions.. They do ask if I have any questions or concerns, which is great. They are awesome with immunizations too!I miss them when I have to shop Walgreens for my parents. Just not the same. I know some people perceive big box warehouse stores as uninviting and impersonal. This pharmacy, at the Woodmen location, makes me feel like Norm on Cheers!Thank you ladies!!!!! Keep up the great work. The effort is not lost on me or other customers.”

“I just want to give Amon in the meat section kudos for always making the best chicken. It's a tough job, but he always has a smile on his face, and so do I because I don't have to cook dinner. I've given up Costco Chicken because his chicken is so much better. I hope management passes this along to him.”
“I recently had all four tires changed for the winter, staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it was noted my tire pressure sensor had failed. After being quoted a ridiculous amount at the dealership. I returned the car to Sam’s tire center and paid very little and service was done with expedited time and service. Will utilize their services in the future.”

“Great prices. Only downside is the new employee directing traffic process. Gets kind of crazy, especially if your vehicle fills on the opposite side as directed. Wish they’d go back to the original pattern.”
“This store is very good. If you shop regularly, I recommend getting the plus membership as the 2% cash back will pay the extra membership fee and you will make some money with it. I prefer it than Costco. It has more selection. Not to mention it’s much closer than Costco. I definitely recommend shopping here. The only issue I have come across is that the frozen yogurt machine has been broken for a while. Also, they ran out of four meat pizzas. I haven't really had this issue at the food court when I shopped at Costco. They should improve that to make it 5 stars.”

Marcus, at the service desk, was so patient with me and everyone before me!Alex, in the service bay, was so helpful and caring! He was very thorough in checking the tire that I had an issue with.After a thorough inspection to no avail, he could have easily just let me go on my way, but he highly recommended other non-chargeable services that would really benefit the longevity of my tires and my overall safety.This Costco location was 2hrs out of my way. Even though the issue persists (which we were hoping would have been resolved by the little-attention-to-detail items Alex performed), but I'm still so glad I stopped by.Thanks for having such a strong work ethic, Alex!![P.S. “It has great prices for bulk pick up now items. There is also a hreat variety of restarant items for goos prices too. I wenr close to closing time and rhw employees where very nice they didnt even rush me out even though i kept picking off the shelves while they where tring to make sure everything was pulled forward. I like the store”
