0 or negative stars would be a more appropriate rating system for this branch. The drive thru ATM has been gone since the first week in October 2023. The bankers are very rude when customers ask about the non working ATM's. The branch manager or so she calls herself is even worse to speak to about this issue. We all in this area who use Wells Fargo chose this bank for its convenience. The staff here and the people who own this bank make it very ver inconvenient to use this bank. Good luck using the broken(i mean never working) Wells Fargo ATM's in this area. Id suggest not questioning them about the broken ATM's. Very rude bankers who dont care.

My suggestion is to not bank here. I would switch immediately if my account standing wasn't 15+ years. First off, their tellers dont understand customer service. You dont cut off your clients when they are trying to express their concerns and definitely dont use phrases like "I am sorry you feel that way", quick way to upset any client. They won't give you your money even if the check is written off of Wells Fargo OR it is in a certified check (which is guaranteed funds) and then blame it on the system/back office. Here's the catch - if you DONT have an account with them and bring in a check that is drawn off of Wells Fargo, they will release all the funds to you immediately. I have come across this multiple times even with good standing accounts (no overdrafts), the kicker is no one at the branch can explain why these rules are I place other than "mitigating bank risk" when someone with no relationship is riskier than someone who does have accounts. I have worked for financial institutions for 10 years and am taken back by the lack of knowledge to be able to justify their rules, not even the branch manager can answer why other than "policy". I can understand if it was a personal check or if the certified check had a stop or hold but that isn't the case. I will be transferring all of my accounts as soon as possible to a financial institution that holds value in its clients and recognizes that the only reason their open is because of their clients.

I had a very emotionally difficult situation. Emmanuel helped me to open a new bank account and close down some old ones, no judgement and he made me feel good about the situation. The teller Larisa and I think her name is Ris are very sweet too. There was a long line but it went by very quickly. I will be forever grateful to them for how they handled everything professionally

Worst communication from employees I've ever seen. Everybody worried about trying to get out of there instead of taking care of the customer. ???

I forgot his name, but the turtle neck and chain gentleman was really friendly and helpful.

I think it’s absolutely ludicrous that there is only a walk in ATM & the drive thru was removed. Great way to be mugged or worse. There is ALWAYS a wait to use the ATM it’s ridiculous. I will leaving Wells Fargo ASAP. Very disappointed I’ve been a customer since 2009.

If the drive up doesn't have an ATM you should probably get rid of the sign that says you have one!

Took away their drive up atm. Only thing I used, always a line inside.

Every time I try to call to speak to the branch they forward me to the customer service line without at least picking up to say they are busy.

Would be nice if the drive thu ATM ever actually worked. I don't think I've ever seen it fully functional.

Tried calling the branch at Powers and Constitution several times and never got anyone to answer the phone. Call rolled over to a message stating to make an appointment with a banker. All I wanted was to ask if wells fargo has safe deposit boxes at that location and what the costs would be. Seems like a waste of a bankers time to have to meet with them in person just to ask a question. On top of that I'm expected to take time out of my day and drive to your location for something that could be handled over the phone. Oh well, guess customer service is a concept that is foreign to wells fargo.

The customer service is a -10. I never seen anybody seen they don't. Business I go in to see a banker and they sent me to a teller and she can't do nothing. Make an appointment online and it doesn't work and they want to call the national phone number. They say sometimes they just horrible I go to the bank and get treated better. My plan is to remove my retirements and then go in and ask for $400 in cash. Then it's my turn to j*** them around.

I think this is my first 1-star review. I had an appointment set up with my family here. We were made to wait for a while before being called in - only to be told by Sam Ferber that 30 minutes was not enough time to help us. He sent us away, and we rescheduled another appointment with another Well's Fargo Bank on Academy Blvd and Union. The very nice employee there took care of us in less than 30 minutes and had us on our way. My only guess is that Sam had other, more "important" customers to deal with and wanted to get rid of us since we were closing an account. I certainly hope this was not a decision based on commission.
