Had a extremely rude employee "help" me today. I wanted to do a currency exchange and was basically interrogated on where I even got the bills to begin with, which none of your business.....then was told my bills in perfect condition were either too "old" or not accepted there. Could have been told that over the phone but no one answered when I called before arriving. Surprisingly the store was completely dead but I still couldn't get on the line with anyone for even a simple question. Don't waste your time at this branch the customer service is outrageously horrid.

Worst branch!! Avoid if you can go to any other branch. A process that they told me was supposed to take a week took three unnecessary weeks. Gave me no updates.. spoke to women manger she was rude. Said she would have someone reach out to me for an update but of course no one every called. Called a different branch and they were able to give me really helpful Information.

Nothing like a bank with zero ATM access.

Basic banking needs met. Notarization services. ATM falsely advertised as 24hrs; they're only open when bank is open and yet the bank won't update this information except on pieces of paper taped to the inside of the doors. Highly recommend making appointments for anything that isn't basic banking. Also be prepared to seat yourself, wait, and figure out what's going on. I've watched people get yelled at by a blonde woman, multiple times, for wandering outside of seating area because they weren't greeted and directed upon entering like this branch used to do and they were trying to find someone to assist them.

RUDE Window Tellers! This afternoon there was a very bad hail storm, it was not safe out. Anyone from the area would agree. The storm hit while we were on the way to Wells. There was no one in their drive thru when we pulled up so we wanted to wait under the car covering until the hail stopped. The hail was large enough to harm you if you got out of the car and could also damage your car. A couple of other people pulled in with the same idea. (Remember there were no customers there so we were preventing people from conducting business). The next thing we knew, the Tellers started to holler at all the cars through the intercom system and told us to leave. Mind you, the hail storms out here don't last more than a couple of minutes, and there were no customers that pulled up behind us. After nobody left, within seconds they came marching out telling us to leave. The hail was still coming down very hard, but they did not care one bit. I then told them that I was a Wells Fargo customer, showed them my Wells Fargo bank card and informed them that I did have business with them today, I just wanted to wait for a minute till it was safe to get out of the car and the Teller told me that I need needed to move my car and walk in anyway. Really? What customer service. I have been with Wells for 27 years and you have to march out and demand that we all have to leave in the middle of a major hail storm? Maybe some of those hail balls hit them in the head because where I come from you treat people with a lot more decency than they did. I would understand if they had customers waiting to conduct business and we were blocking them but that was not the case. Not one customer was there waiting. This was a missed opportunity for Wells Fargo to show kindness, compassion, and humanity. Especially after the bad press they have been through lately. Instead, they showed disgrace. They showed us that even during a scary time, they just don't care. I won't be visiting this location again. In fact, after the hail let up (in just a couple of minutes) we left and went to the other location. It truly is sad how people just don't care for one another anymore. We have a saying where I come from: Fēng yú tóng zhōu "In the same boat in a storm" meaning... A trouble shared is a trouble halved.

Closed 20 minutes early today... the last couple years Wellsfargo has really been going down hill. I've been with them about 15 yeas now, looks like it's time to switch banks.

The 24HR ATM isn’t open 24HR. Very inconvenient!!! Not everyone gets off before 5pm or can make it there before 5pm. Google says it’s still 24HR but it’s not. Don’t waste your time!If it’s because of the homeless getting into the areas of the ATMs why don’t you FIX THE LOCKING MECHANISMS ON THE DOORS!! Jesus it’s not that hard! Don’t inconvenience the public because you all are to lazy to call someone to fix the doors!!

What’s the point of having to ATMs outside and you closing the ATMs at 5 PM. Isn’t the whole purpose of an ATM to be available for customers when you’re close? Definitely will be changing my business elsewhere.

ATM is now only open during business hours. What's the point of the Atm if I have to go when the bank is only open? I plan on closing my account soon. Already did a formal complaint with headquarters ( not that they care.)

Worst banking system ever first of all. Wells fargo has the worst communication of any bank i’ve ever used. Second of all why do they close at 5 and they close their gd ATM at 5 too. What’s the point? what hard working citizen gets off in time to visit at that time? Really glad i waste my time and gas with y’all.

HATE dealing with this bank. They do not do what they say they are going to do and they also don't answer their phones. They have cost me so much time in my having to drive there just to get a simple answer that would take less than 1 minute on the phone. If you have not chosen which bank to conduct your business, I would choose another bank. I am updating with more info. since I spoke to a banker onsite. 3/4ths of their staff members were not working due to illness, new baby, vacation and other reasons. The staff who were present were outstanding including a teller who was very knowledgeable about banking going beyond her normal duties. The banker I spoke with was very helpful. But, I still deducted a star since the phones go unanswered when short staffed and you cannot leave a message.

Been a customer for years but it's very annoying to rely upon going to the 24-7 Atm is not helpful when there are two different ones to go to but both you can't access
