Dear Wells Fargo, please upgrade your facility. I feel bad for the people that have to work there. At least I can go to an updated branch.
All that said, I went in there to have have a bill of sale notarized and the person helping us S.Morxxxx was a gem! Very kind and very helpful. She made me laugh as we quickly reviewed our parochial school days.
I'm used to getting first class service at Wells Fargo and received it at this Branch. -+Completely the opposite of what I experienced up at the Wells Branch on Circle drive.

Frustrating! They should be more considered. I came from. Woodland Park. Now you are supposed to make an appointment! When in the past I didn't have to do that....

staff if amazing taking out the drive through and making your employees perform slave labor w 20 people in the lobby all the time. ridiculous

Edwin is extremely helpful I’ve banked with Wells Fargo for years and never received service like Edwin provided me this Wells Fargo is clean polite and it’s all thanks to Edwin.

Wells Fargo seems lost. Branches closed, don’t answer phones at 3 branches today (multiple times each).Do they want to stay in business?

Great location! There was no line when I went and my teller was very friendly and helpful. I like that they have their own parking lot so you don't have to struggling looking for somewhere downtown.

Very unhelpful staff. Called in the day before to make sure that what I was going to do was possible in one day. This is the closest WF, I had to drive 30min. They confirmed on the phone, I showed up the next day and it wasn't possbile, neither were they helpful at finding a solution.So I had to drive to ENT, staff there was very helpful.

Overdrafted my card for a monthly maintenance the day after I went in to close my account. Unable to help in person or over the phone with closing the account. Unable to assist in a timely manner. Reconsider your banking business with this location, and Wells Fargo in general. Never had a banking organization not care about fraudulent charges as little as they have, regardless of the branch I went to attest them at.
