Dan, who works at the electronics section, is awesome! He is knowledgeable about electronics. I told him what I wanted to accomplish with my laptop, which was connecting two monitors to it. Initially, he recommended a $90 product that could have worked. However, he asked me some more probing questions and saved me some money by recommending a $14 connector instead that would actually do the same thing since I had the right ports on my laptop. He could have just sold me the $90 product but he put the customer first. If you have any questions about electronics, ask Dan. He is Honest, knowledgeable and friendly. The man deserves a raise!

It has been awhile since I stepped foot in a Walmart. Self check or wait an hour to get out with your over priced plastic. Walmart has taken lack of service to new levels, impressive, but I have got to say I am Not a fan.

Store is always short staffed. Be prepared to wait a while in line or get help throughout the store.

Trying to get a pickup from these people is next to impossible. Using the app, I placed an order for grocery items. The "system" split my order into 4 different parts against my request. There was to be items to pick up as requested, items to be delivered same day, and 2 more orders arriving later this week, and into next week. I was able to pick up the delivery items per the app, but didn't receive the delivery items. I called the store and spoke with "Chris" who told me that the 11 items that were supposed to be delivered weren't in the system. I asked what I needed to do to get my groceries, and she told me I needed to call Customer Service, gave me the number. I asked if she was a Manager, and she told me "No, we don't have any Managers here" and hung up on me. Guess how happy I was when I called their Corporate Office to follow up... Sadly, the Corporate Office (Rene) told me that I would have to call back I two hours to see if they got my order fixed. This is sincerely some of the worst "Customer Service" I have ever received. Please consider this before shopping this store. Sincerely

If you've read my review on King Soopers you'll understand when I say this is just like King Poopers. Of the many Walmarts in the Springs area this is one of the smallest with a disappointing selection. If you have the time go to the one on east Woodmen., Monument, or south Powers. We only use this one for standard items, and if we want to stay in this area. This store is in need of an update.

We went in today to get a Covid vaccine. Pharmacist Kim was very patient with our scared child. She was the best!

This Walmart is horrible. Cashiers that can not get you a gift receipt. Instead of trying to get someone to help they tell you to go stand in the customer service line. Already waited 20 mins to check out and now for something I asked and the beginning of the transaction I have to go wait in another 20 min line. No customer service!! And not making sure your employees are trained for their jobs - great management. SMH!! Only got one star cause 0 was not an option

Okay, so, it's Walmart. Walmart is never good per se. It's always kind of grungy and packed with rude people. However, their handling of the COVID pandemic has brought them down to 1 star. There's someone at the door who's supposedly checking that everyone is wearing masks, but as we were leaving she didn't even blink as two women with no mask in sight sauntered in. Inside you'll find the majority is NOT wearing a mask - at all, never mind properly. They used to have arrows on the floor making aisles one way, we got physically run into more than once because they were ignored. No evidence it's being cleaned more regularly and no enforcement of state or local mandates.

Okay soooooo we just gone keep wasting my gas? I check you app for inventory and call in to double check said inventory so I am not driving all the way up here and wasting my gas. Do not then look at me like im stupid for asking where the item is.. I cannot stand how nonchalant you mfers act when a manager isnt around. If a customer has questions just f****** answer it honestly and to the best of your ability. It is not that f****** hard. I promise. If you f*** up or make a mistake just f****** APOLOGIZE and offer a solution i.e. is there another location that would be convenient for you so I can check their stock on that item! I swear to you customer service is not hard even at minimum wage. Tf. Why? WHY!

This place is pretty much not accepting cash unless u would like to stand in one of only 3 cashiers lines for 30 minutes because that's about the only way you can spend U.S. currency. Walmart has been turning a profit for over 30 years but somehow can't seem to afford enough cashiers for any given shift its absolutely preposterous and ridiculous!!!!

Mostly a self service operation. Don't expect a lot if help. But some people can be helpful.

I normally have good things to say, but when the containers I'm buying and the stuff I take to check- out is searched to "make sure I'm not stealing" it is insulting. I am 21 years of age, not 7 I Do NOT STEAL and to be treated as such is jaw dropping.

The people are friendly! They give out stickers to kids and are really friendly. They have a nice toy selection, too. They're remodling it to look like the other Wal-Marts, though, and it's hard to find anything.
