I visit this location a lot, and it's usually fine, but they've started shutting down the self check out area and having very few cashiers open. I'm not sure if they just hired a new batch of cashiers, but when I got to the cashier after waiting in line for 20 minutes, with only 3 items, I stared at her wide eyed as she ripped open the plastic of my 12 pack of ramen and scanning one instead of just scanning the bar code on the bottom of the package. I also greeted her and thanked her, but got nothing in response. Not to mention the whole transaction took a couple minutes despite me only having 3 items, that's just the pace she was working at. It's fine if they're new and training, but at least put more cashiers on the floor, or at least ones that have more sense of urgency.

While in line for self checkout I was told I could not use self-checkout, and I would have to go to a standard register. When I pointed out that there were no standard registers open at that time, I was told I would just have to wait for one to open.

If you aren't going to have self-checkout open, you need to have more cashiers working. I just had to leave because I didn't have any more time to wait in line.

I was shopping for a custom and I was followed the whole time, at self checkout the employee with dirty gloves got upset because I wouldn't let her hold my phone while checking the order then got even more up set because she kept screwing up, trying to counting the 14 items on my shopping list.
