This store is so dirty. This picture was taken in the Pharmacy section. It looks like the floor hasn’t been cleaned in months. I was so disgusted!

The pharmacy is by far the worst in the city, but the rest of the store is great.I’ve now had several incidents where a script had been sent in the morning so by evening you’d think it would be filled. I’ve even checked the status, go in, and it’s still not filled. They are very confused and unorganized no matter what time of day you go in.

Unprofessional pharmacy staff and store staff. Untrained on current covid testing policies. I was unable to receive covid testing at this site because they were uninformed on Walgreens covid testing policy as reflected on the website.

Painfully inefficient pharmacy. Why when you schedule online, check-in and fill all the paperwork does it still take an hour? Also blaming the customer for not printing out a form when there is no indication that needs to be done/is our responsibility is tacky at best. Can't speak to the medication side so maybe that's better, but get your vaccines elsewhere.

I spoke with pharmacy tech, Brianna, and she was awesome. She was attentive to my requests and resolved my issues. Her positive attitude, and exceptional communication reassured me throughout this process. Brianna is knowledgeable and was extremely helpful!

DO NOT USE THIER PHARMACY FOR LIFE DEPENDING PRESCRIPTIONS!! 3 weeks in a row and they will give your meds away on “First come, first serve” basis and unfill your medications to others who show up earlier in the day. Lawsuit is definitely inbound for potentially killing people over these consistent practices.

Automated system said prescription would be ready after 4. Arrived about 5. Not ready but very close. They were to text when ready. 6:30 no text. When I went in they said they were all out of my medication. They offered to call another Walgreens to process. When I arrived there, they hadn't called but the tech and pharmacist were amazing. RX done in 10 minutes. So thankful for Woodmen at Rangewood Walgreens.

The pharmacy waits are embarrassing here. I have been stationary for 31 min in the pharmacy drive thru. I never come here because this is always the case.Last week I asked them to call and get a medication from King Soopers, since King Soopers doesn’t take my insurance anymore, and it took them (I kid you not) 5 DAYS to get my medication. Finally I called and said I’m staying on the line while you call them. They’re like oh as it turns out we have that here already. Sooo they didn’t call…. Okay…. Whatever… can I get my medication?No, the instructions on it are unclear. I tell them the instructions and then they literally say that it’s not covered by insurance there either. Which apparently takes 5 days and zero communication to figure out.I honestly hate this pharmacy and I recommend going literally anywhere else. By the way, it’s been 36 min now. ?

Took 45 minutes to get to the window with only two cars in front of me, just for them to take lunch when I got to the window. They should do lunches in shifts like most places to prevent from pissing people off.

Walgreen's pharmacy on Barnes is the most incompetent pharmacy and should not be in practice. They've messed up on my RX numerous times. Today is the breaking point. I arrived 20 minutes ago, waited in line. When I got up to the front, they said they are closing for another 20 minutes. They saw the line and didn't say anything. The person in front of me got the wrong prescription. Unbelievable. Tricare needs to contract with King Soopers or Walmart.

I'm giving the pharmacist at Walgreens a 1 star, actually zero stars. He spoke to me over the phone with unnecessary attitude just because I asked when the prescription would be ready as my child is super sick (we've been waiting all day at this point going into late evening). He's rude and unprofessional and has no customer service skills. He's unhappy with his life and projects it onto customers. He's a sad man.
