3 days worth of ‘your prescription is ready’ messages. Yet, when I went to pick up at 220PM, I was told it would take “45 minutes”. That 45 minutes came and went. I didn’t get a call until *715PM* saying it was ready. Literally 5 hours later.

I appreciate Walgreens. For many things it is convenient and prices aren’t horrible. For some things they have prices which are far less painful than most other stores.

All the people that work here are bottom of the barrel gutter gunk. The pharmacy is always hit or miss, they like to pick and choose who and when they service. All of the cashiers have at least one foot in the grave. They are all old and decrepit. The pharmacy techs are always stoned and confused. It's literally the saddest circus you've ever scene. I would recommend killing yourself before you pick up here.

Got hung up on by Rich the pharmacy technician for absolutely no reason. I was trying to call for the status of my prescription. That was rude and unprofessional. Please treat others as you wish to be treated.

Pharmacy is randomly closed with little or no warning.

This pharmacy closed because it only has 2 pharmacist and both are sick. Can't transfer your medication without calling your doctor. And I was on the phone waiting for 45 minutes with no closer message. Taking my business to a different corporation.

Absolutely ridiculous!!! Why on earth is it our fault yall can’t have a steady employee to fill our medications??!!! Been closed for severalDays now with no back up or anything and now some of us can’t get our medication! Some medications are non transferable so we aren’t even able to pick it up at another location. Never ever using u again. After 10+ years. I’m gone.

Getting out of the parking lot can be a hassle if there's traffic. The drive-thru pharmacy line sometimes takes an hour for pickups. It's randomly closed during normal business hours. I think I'd rather drive a few extra miles to find a smoother experience. 2 stars for the usually pleasant and competent staff.

I had an issue with printing Christmas cards and Deb provided me with excellent customer service and helped me get things resolved. Thanks Deb!

I came in to send western union. Did everything I had to, since I had like 15 mins left on my lunch. While I was waiting in line, walgreens employee, (asian) lady looked to me and said, I can help you. I get up to the counter, I pay for the items I had in my hand, n then processed to inform her I need to send money. She looked at me and said," he can help you, I'm getting off now ". I looked at her and said, well then why did you say you can help me, if you were getting off, you should of just left. She then proceeded to yell at me and tell me to watch my mouth. I looked around and I see a store mgr and assistant mgr just standing there and not intervening, but just watching while they employee talked all wrong and crazy to me, just cuz SHE messed up and told me, she could check me out !!! Tried to talk to the mgr and he said and did nothing. The world we live in, these companies hire these folks who still need alot of training or better yet fire them and get folks who have BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.....DO BETTER WALGREENS !!!!!

My prescription was erroneously filled with a blood pressure medication. The pill bottle was marked for my actual prescription, a migraine med, but the pills inside were incorrect. You could easily tell because both the pill markings and color of the pills were different from what was specified on the bottle. I confirmed this with both a nurse hotline and also poison control: it was filled with amlodipine and it should not have been.I already have low blood pressure. I took one of the pills before noticing the mismatch between the pills and the bottle's label, which was when I called the nurse hotline, who called poison control. If I had taken two of those pills as my prescription bottle told me to do, I very likely would have had a medical emergency. The nurse I spoke to was appalled this happened, and she wasn't even responsible for the mistake. Walgreens, meanwhile, did not even apologize when I told them about this. Not even a "sorry." This is insanely unsafe. Do not trust these people. I repeat: I could have been SERIOUSLY HARMED by this mistake. It's like they don't realize or care their mistakes could cost people their health or lives.

I have used this pharmacy as my primary one for almost a year now and the techs here are always kind and professional. I took away one star due to the pharmacy closing at random times outside of the posted schedule. I do my best when it comes to not waiting until the last minute for a refill, but having to check the app and worry about whether the pharmacy is actually open or not when you need medication is quite stressful. I imagine this has to do with last minute staffing issues, but ideally there would be a way to alert patients of these closings and provide a timeframe for when the pharmacy will re-open.

This pharmacy showcases the exact reasons you should avoid it. Poor communication, slow, and blatantly rude. I wouldn't come back if they had the last bit of insulin on CO. I'll drive across town before I step a foot back in front of these miserable people. This was over MULTIPLE interaction.

The people in the pharmacy are extremely rude and obviously aren’t fit for any customer service role. I’d rather drive 3 miles out of my way than to have anything sent to this Walgreens.
