Frustrated with the turnover in pharmacy people. From the time I turned at the light to pulling up to the window, my prescription went from ready to cancelled, the tech refused to check on it though it was less than 5 minutes and there is no way it was already put away. She wouldn't try to resolve it, just kept repeating that it was cancelled. I asked her to resubmit it and she didn't, just plain lazy. There used to be a couple good people there but obviously they have moved on to better employment

The lack of compassion I just witnessed from wallgreens employees was just sickening. I just watched them refuse a 90 year old veteran the bathroom due to "corporate policy". A day after veterans day no less. These rules in place about bathrooms should have exceptions. We are all human and having to watch the trouble they just put this man through just to use the bathroom was sick.
Policy or not Wallgreens and it's staff disrespected that veteran who faught for our freedom and I will not be shopping at wallgreens again.

I have to shake my head on some of the "bad reviews."
To begin with:
We are all human, and humans can make mistakes.
Any system a company uses will go down or experience glitches.
I could use a million examples but what I want to say is " My Walgreens handles everything that comes their way as fast as they can."
Also, it is frustrating, I know, but instead of going on social media step back and ask yourself how you would handle the issues.
My Walgreens will go above and beyond to fix the issues and for that I thank you.

Staff is usually always friendly and it's super easy to run in and grab a few things that are needed if you don't mind spending a little extra for the convenience. Love this chain for beauty and hygiene products!

Seems like the pharmacy staff doesn't care about their patients. They are very rude and curt on the phone. Prescriptions are never ready when you need them. Staff could benefit from some customer service classes.

Just once I would like to enter a Walgreens just to browse around and look at makeup without hearing "customer service needed in the cosmetic department," or worse, "customer service needed in the hardware department," every five seconds. I used to enjoy walking around the store, taking my time, and deciding what I want to buy. Not anymore. Tonight, I was literally the only person in the cosmetic isles. I am not exaggerating when I say that I heard "customer service needed..." approximately 7 times! I was there for 20 minutes!!! Guess how many associates came to see if I needed help? ZERO. Guess how many times I requested customer service? ZERO. I understand that Walgreens has thieves. But would there be a Walgreens were it not for people like me? People who have money that they plan on spending in the store?? Maybe not treat people like thieves until they actually steal something!???? I'm sick of it.

After waiting on call last evening for 69 minutes to find out that I will have to call back today for my daughter’s prescription, I was upset. Then I was on a call this morning for 71 minutes, then someone answered and abruptly hung up on me. I was irate. Now it has been an hour and 15 minutes (listening to how sorry you are to make me wait half the day away and that you will be with me “shortly” , I think maybe hiring someone to answer simple questions and concerns about our medication needs by phone doesn’t seem like too much to ask for. Oh, and then hung up on and first treated rudely. There should be options for negative stars given! I’ll try to educate management about what the word “shortly” means.

I consistently experience a high level of professionalism and excellence from the staff at this location. During each visit, I am warmly greeted, provided with exceptional service, and all my inquiries are promptly addressed. Furthermore, I often receive additional valuable information, which proves beneficial despite not being initially solicited. I would like to extend a special commendation to Brandon and Jennifer, whose wisdom and amicable attitudes merit recognition.I will continue to make this my Walgreens as long as they remain employed here.

Every time I go to pick up my prescription. They say they have all 3 of them ready and every time I GE there there. There's only 2 and so I have to make an additional trip back over here to pick up the third prescription. I don't know why these people can't get it together they have zero communication and I will be getting my prescription somewhere else

Walgreens annual gross profit for 2023 was $27.072B, annual gross profit for 2022 was $28.266B, 2021 was $28.067B. This company can AFFORD to hire more staff and they suck for not doing so. The pharmacy is completely overwhelmed and understaffed. The lack of staff directly effects the customer with longer wait times and poor customer service. I hope these pharmacists strike for better pay and working conditions because they deserve it and for now I've decided to get my prescriptions somewhere other than Walgreens.
