Despite calling the dr office (UC health) multiple times and having them confirm a prescription, this walgreens refuses to fill the prescription. The staff is very unprofessional and incompetent.

I get that everyone’s experience is different but our family has not had any issues here (assuming that the Dr’s office, etc. sent the information correctly)- the pharmacists are friendly and they do a good job of texting or emailing or calling when prescriptions are ready for pickup.

Very inconvenient, often short to borderline rude. Will be moving prescriptions elsewhere
