Some days/workers are better then others...it seems the good ones never last sadly, but isn't that how it always goes ? we've had quite a few problems getting a couple scripts lately but it seems to be an over all issue and not just Walgreens specific...I hope

"Rachel" who is supposidly the pharmacy manager was extremely rude and unhelpful today. If I ran that store I would immediatly remove her as I am sure she is scaring most of the customers off. She is bad for business and bad for customer support. Get your meds filled at any location but here. She tried to give me different information than what I was told by another pharmist the previous week. She had no reason to take her bad day out on me, as I was extremely patient with her and her lack of understanding only to be met with rudeness. GO ANYWHERE ELSE.

Apparently the Walgreen pharmacy is now getting most of their prescriptions filled in Denver. So if you've been to the emergency room or urgent Care, and they prescribed you medicine you won't get it till the next day, or if you missed the cutoff you won't get your medicine for 2 days!!! That goes for routine visits to the doctor if they prescribed you a new medicine, it most likely will take one or two days to get it. I know for me, I need the medicine today not in two days ?? .... I've been going here for a very long time and ask the store manager today why I was taking so long and she said that's the new process everything goes to Denver. I told her I don't live in Denver ? ..... I need my medicine the same day, is that too much to ask?

The Walgreens I'm talking about is the one on Main st in Security, Colorado the best one I have ever gone too! Pharmacist and staff! Very nice and helpful!! They can use help but I recommend them highly.. Thanks guys god bless and thank you for all you do for us! DM

The mid aged lady working at the counter felt the need to take her bad day out on me. Going in to get my first covid shot and she begins to berate me. Real great staff member Walgreens.

I mean, I've only ever gone to the pharmacy and that's never been a bad experience. So, in my book they are okay. My meds for whatever the reason may be (usually the little ones) have always been done super fast and I've always had friendly experiences with the staff.

Sending in photos to be printed. I have centered and cropped the both photos exactly as I want them. When I pick them up they have been zoomed in and cut off. Even the rotation changed because that's how they thought it should be. Lady behind the counter said there is nothing she can do. Why would I want you adjusting my photos???

Carey is a very polite and reassuring pharmacy manager. I'm glad he doesn't talk down to his clients/customers, and seems to be passionate about his line of work.

Pharmacy staff is horrible. They always make things much more difficult than it has to be. A tech actually made me feel guilty for not having insurance. You think I'm happy about not having insurance? I hope she loses her job and then she will know how it feels. Rest of staff at the store are very nice and helpful. Moved all of my Rx to Safeway. They are helpful and nice.

Although it's maybe the farthest Walgreens from my home it's such a lovely drive along the mountains I don't mind. They are my back-up store. If I can't locate a medication anywhere else in stock, I call this location. And they've come through every time! Their turnaround time is fast and they have always been pleasant. Note: I've only ever used their drive through so I can't comment on the store inside.
