Don't shop here! A child was murdered here and no one protected her. Walgreens is just a POS company, employees don't matter, prices are twice what you'd pay at Walmart and always slow and understaffed. I hope all those involved lose their jobs.

The staff for the most part is great. They now have a security guard on site who is worthless. He stands by the door, and is constantly looking at his phone and nothing else. I took a photo of him today at about 10:30 am. I went back to the store at 5:00 pm, and he was at the same spot, and still looking at his phone. The only difference is he had the phone hooked up to a portable battery. A totally worthless guard. See photo below.

Previously used this pharmacy, but stopped using months ago. Yet, without my requesting it, the pharmacy contacted my physician to prescribe a refill for a medicine that I no longer take, have been working with my doctor to wean myself off. Caused major confusion and counterproductive to my efforts to be rid of that medicine.

It's sad that the lack of response from the store MANAGER when a teenage girl complained about unwanted advances from a male team member led to her death by that employee..just shows how little this company cares about doing the right thing and now someone was murdered because of it.

The people have been nice, but the store consistently closes with no notice. Twice I have gone to pick up my prescription and the store has been closed, no communication to say that my “ready” prescription was in fact not ready at all. They also have told me my prescription was already picked up when it wasn’t. Had to wait for over an hour while they checked video to see that I hadn’t picked up my prescription and everything had been their fault. Every time I’ve gone it has been slow, and it seems like they need more people. Again, I’ve had no issues with the people. But this pharmacy is so inconsistent that it just isn’t worth the frustration of trusting them.

Take complaints of safety, particularly from minors, seriously to help protect them. Accountability for management who risk the safety of employees by refusing to address safety concerns&harassment.

Went to pick up a prescription on Monday, 6/6/2022 and the pharmacy was closed due to illness with a note advising customers to use nearby Walgreens pharmacies. Went to the nearby Walgreens and they didn't have my medication in stock. Very poor service after waiting 20 minutes in line to be told this. Why can't Walgreens pull in a pharmacist from another Walgreens to work at the store instead of closing it down? Went back on Tuesday at 4:30, but it closed early instead of staying open during it's normally scheduled hours of 9-6. As a result, I didn't get my prescription again. Very poor customer service. Walgreens doesn't want to staff up their pharmacies like other companies do so that they are available more than just M-F, 9-6. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions elsewhere. They just can't be depended upon or trusted. I was without my medication for two days because of this situation.

The last 6 months Walgreens has totally disappointed yes. If it isn't the pharmacy being closed it is them telling me my prescriptions are ready but when we show up they are not ready. What a shame. At one we had no issues supporting them.

We’ve been through the drive-thru so many times in the past 6 months and the pharmacy drive through line is one of the slowest and we usually go between the rush hour times. Staff is friendly and helpful but it seems like they could use 1 or 2 more staff members at this location.

I went today to pick up a prescription. The drive-thru had a line three cars long - but I was surprised how fast it went. The lady at the window was very nice. Good experience.

1Waited in drive through for over an hour to be sent away with no medication. 2Waited on the phone for 1:55 minutes and then they hung up. 3 No inside store pharmacy hours available only drive through. Pathetic customer service!!
