Literally this store sucks. You're better off driving the distance to the Walgreens off Carefree and Academy or maybe the one off Dublin and Union! Everything about this location reeks.

Rudest pharmacy tech I've ever met. Latino girl wearing a grey sweatshirt that would roll her eyes at anything I said and had the worst attitude.

This store is not run well at all! Grumpy employees, don't honor signs and just all around a sad place to go. I have not been here in a while and I remember why! It doesn't take much to do better than this guys.

The worst pharmacy ever had the dis-privilege of working with, was on hold for over an hour every single time i called to refill prescription. Walgreens processes and handling and customer service is absolutely absurd

I've been going here for at least 7 years. I've not once had a bad experience with the store or the pharmacy. I also like unpopular candy and it's never been stale.I remember reading somewhere on maps that the pharmacy is open on weekends. That is not true. Also, some of these other reviews don't make sense. I know this place has always been opened to 10pm because I night bike past it and worked at the Mcdonalds across the street. One of these reviews is a karen complaining about not being given the number of the regional manager.Another about the order systems being broken? That has nothing to do with the people who work here or manage the place, that's corporate management stuff.

Walgreens management is obviously in a dream world. They seem to believe that people don't get sick on the weekends or have an emergency so they close the pharmacy!!!

Very helpful staff in the store and in the pharmacy department. The pharmacist is very happy to help you answer your questions. I will be returning there.

This location is horrible! I get that there's a worker shortage. But with this location being closed on weekends, when you close the store 4 hrs early on fri,. People who are on controlled substance like Lyrica, can not transfer to another location and withdrawals are brutal and possibly dangerous all weekend. This happens often with temporarily closing. Walgreens does not seem to care about their customers health or keeping customers. I'm transferring to Safeway.

Lied to my face about accepting Kaiser as insurance. They literally called Kaiser to transfer the script, had me wait a week for it to arrive, and then tell me when I came to pick it up that they dont take Kaiser and I have to go to another pharmacy and start all over. They even took my Kaiser card and said yes we take it. What??????

This Walgreens pharmacy (Flintridge) is pretty inconvenient. They rarely have the meds ready for pick up from when my doctor sends it to them, mostly understaffed, and seemingly operate on a different system then other Walgreens across Colorado Springs) — when they do actually process the request it ends up being sometimes a week after their automated system tells me they are ready — I’ve had these meds for roughly 15 years and no other Walgreens or pharmacy has had issues compared to this one.I.e. Monday my doctors office calls in the meds, same Monday I get an automated system alert through a text or phone call telling me my RX is ready for pickup, I give them until Wednesday because most the time when I show up on Tuesday they say they never received the medication request until “just then” (which I am confident is wrong because I get notified by both my doctors office and Walgreens…) in which they tell me the meds won’t be available to me until Friday.I typically don’t write reviews because I know how frustrating retail/service industry’s are for the people behind the counter but this is such a system issue — granted my medicine is on the controlled substance list so I understand the protocol to squire, process, and legally distribute the meds properly but my livelyhood (profession, etc.) and daily living is unfortunately dependent on this medication. I’ve been coming to this Walgreens for over a year and it’s almost more convenient to have the orders sent to the other Walgreens across town to pick up then this one

Walgreens used to be reliable. How they are still in business, I don't have a clue. They hardly have a pharmacist in duty, they messed up my vaccines the last time that I was there, not to mention that the person giving the shot did not wear a mask, gloves, nor did she use an alcohol wipe on my arm before sticking me!

Expect to wait AT LEAST 30-40 minutes in the pharmacy drive thru. Ridiculous. The purpose of a drive thru is to be in and out. At the window for 35 minutes, no one has even looked at me, addressed me, nothing.

We had a script written and sent two weeks ago. They informed us today that they could not get the meds and to try another store. This requires a new script. The meds run out today. They refused to give me any info regarding the regional manager. This place is garbage. They had weeks to let us know there was a concern and did nothing. Would not recommend!
