But why can't this place be open on weekends!Closing a pharmacy on a weekend is like a school being closed during the week.Our scheduled appointment for flu and covid shots were cancelled by text Friday by CVS. I attempted to call CVS numerous times but from experience know they seldom answer the phone. Neighbors appointment also canceled same way and so they went to this location to pharmacy and recommended. I quickly got registered and got a shot by an expert pharmacist. I told him that he was the best for any shots I have had my entire life.Location is a ways a way for me, but I found the drive, obviously worth it. Thank you sir for your expert shots!A +

Would give zero stars if I could first of all the other Walgreens off circle and galley is closed ...again so we needed a prescription filled for seizure medication the pharmacist said alll we can do is 5 days worth... so my mother asked why and she was snapped at. Then my mom proceeds to ask her name and the lady refused saying u dont need to know that. It's scary that people like this are in charge of life saving medicine I am writing corporate and asking what standards are in place for customer service and why this lady has a job.

The cashier and a customer were accusing my wife of stealing merchandise. I better get some answers on why the cashier will allow such behavior. We believe her name is Ramona. I will personally go and get the regional manager or Director to investigate.

Horribly inconsistent. They don’t save your information and they force you to give it to them over and over. Go to a different Walgreens, they don’t care about customers and don’t communicate.

Reliable. When I needed a prescription quick, they were able to expedite it--especially considering the chelton rd walgreens decided they couldn't fill my prescription after we already tried to pick it up.

Terrible customer service AND the WORST PHARMACY EVER!!! It's not my responsibility or any customers to update our all of our billing and insurance information EVERY SINGLE TIME that you use the pharmacy. Also, lying and trying to blame your inability to do your job on the doctor and trying to assert that the Peak Vista doctors aren't in the Medicaid network - is just a blatant lie and an absurd lie to propagate. Walgreens really needs to do something about the Colorado Springs stores - people don't have a choice when their insurance is only available at Walgreens.

The pharmacy here is the absoloute worst. Not open on the weekends which makes no sense whatsoever. Closed half the time during business hours. Havent been able to get my meds for a week now because the hours are not convenient for people who work for a living. I'll be using the neighborhood market walmart pharmacy up the road from here on out rather then dealing with this train wreck of a pharmacy. No wonder this location has 3 stars and dropping.

My family and I have been going here for many years and have never had any problems. The people are nice but like all of us sometimes they have bad days and it's understandable. Thank you to all the Walgreens safe for all your hard work!

I wish I could leave negative 10 stars. This pharmacy is beyond rude, never on hold less than 30 minutes. Today alone I've been on hold almost 2 hours. Since im out of town and trying to take care of elderly moms prescription. I wish she wasn't so set in her ways. The whole place is so unprofessional and rude. Especially the pharmacy. I wish it would close down so my mom wouldn't have any choice but change pharmacies. I would not recommend this to anyone. Save yourself the headache and time

I was in Walgreens this morning waiting to check out. The lady in front of me had coupons she wanted to use. Something was happening and they weren’t scanning. The cashiers, Ramona told her she needed to clip the coupons. The lady showed her that she had done that. Ramona then rudely told her “well there’s nothing I can do.” To which the lady asked if she could please speak to a manager. Romona then proceeded to be little and talk down to the customer. I work in customer services and I would NEVER allow my associates to speak to a customer the way Roman spoke to the poor lady in front of me. Disgusting behavior.

Staff are rude no manners on how to talk to customers I wasn’t even rude just explaining about a refund from online order that they Canselled because it was out of stock in their store only to get a rude respond of What?! Like raising his voice managers need to check on their staff

On par for the Walgreens chain. Nothing particularly bad or good about this location. I guess there's a plus if you like taco trucks, as there is one regularly there when we happen to stop by this Walgreens location
