I'm not from the springs but I just drove up there to get my son's medication because they were the only Walgreens that had it in stock and was willing to share and help me with my situation . I am so thankful of this Walgreens for not keeping me on hold and hanging up on me . Thank you so much I hope the pharmacy staff has an amazing weekend

This is probably the worst pharmacy I've been to. It's not that it's in an armpit area of town or that it's somewhat busy. It's the fact that the 2% of the people working there have ever been professional. Covid have placed like this an EXCUSE for poor service but it's never gotten better. Rude, short with words, poor demeanor... it goes on. Not to mention the endless hours you'll wait on the phone. I specifically called twice just to as an experiment to see how long it would take. Both times were over 4 hours and both times I actually walked in and sat or stood to see what was going on. Both times there were plenty of opportunities to answer my call with a break in action but no. One time they even shut down for lunch and ignored the call. But, wait there's more! After coming back they were chatting it up for about 5 min before giving anyone service aaaaand I was still on hold. Absolutely the worst place I've had the misfortune of being.

The best Walgreens pharmacy in the Springs. Idk why there’s bad reviews, this is the only pharmacy that lets me know what’s going on with my son’s prescriptions. One of his doctors wrote the wrong dose and the pharmacy tech caught it and asked if his dose had changed. It had not changed. It was an error. I’m so glad they caught that. If something is out of stock or there needs a prior authorization, they let me know. Other pharmacies don’t let me know and we just wait and wait and wait. Thanks pharmacy staff for being the best!

This Store is a MESS!!! Between the photo department not finding orders (even with confirmation number) or just not printing photos in your order. Then this pharmacy couldn’t have ruder or more unhelpful employees. New born sick baby and this location has a drive thru pharmacy (not prescription only drive-through) instead of taking my sick baby into the store, I sat in 30 minute line to go through said drive-through to be told that I could not purchase the saline drops, that were right next to the pharmacist (behind the counter) instead, I would have to come in to the store, stand in another line at the SAME counter to purchase the item because it was not a prescription BUT KEPT BEHIND THE COUNTER. So happy that at a place where they give a flu shot and Covid vaccine they encourage people to bring in their sick children in order to get the medicine they need and potentially spread sickness to more people. Do better.

Another walgreens, another junk pharmacy. Why does it take almost 3 hours to fill 2 simple prescriptions? To top it off, people come in late for the shift change. Yes walgreens, your employees time is more important than mine...apparently
I recommend, avoid this one if you can

So everything in this store is locked up and naturally everything I wanted needed a magnet to get off the shelf. So I asked the girl in the photo department because I didn’t see anyone (I understand they’ve been having staffing issues). 1 She had the worst attitude I’ve seen so far from a Walgreens employee 2 gave me the UGLIEST look and 3 wouldn’t walk to the counter stayed behind a shelf. Sad but this location has gone down hill.

Horrible management. It takes far longer than it ever should to get through the pharmacy line. This is not just post Covid- has been the same for years. Avoid filling prescriptions here at all cost.
