Mike is amazing. But if I could I would give zero stars due to the pharmacist Charles. He has zero consideration for the privacy of the patient. He threatens customers. He should not have his license and he shouldn't be working with people.I'm not sure how this store is keeping someone as unprofessional as himself when your reciving so many complaints from customers on how they are being treated by your one pharmacist. This location will loose a lot of customers because of one really, really bad egg.He has been reported to the state pharmaceutical board.

Pharmacist denied prescription based on personal preference about someone not wearing a mask. Extremely rude that he denied a military member an important prescription that they needed based on personal bias.

Pharmacy manager was very helpful and professional. I will be transferring my meds to this Walgreens. The one I'm currently at is pathetic and I see why there a 2 star rating. I delt with the current one for six months and that was enough. Thank you, Larry Sady.

Didn’t bother to fill my prescription and told me to go to another pharmacy.

Worst most incompetent pharmacy ever. I couldn't make this up if I tried. One time it was 15 minutes before close, there was a line for the pharmacy, and one worker would NOT stop screaming that they were closing at 6 sharp and anyone waiting in line still would not be helped. I've been told my prescription was filled when it wasn't, came back later that day, and they STILL hadn't filled it. I've also waited a VERY long time, I recommend switching to the king soopers pharmacy, it's less than a quarter mile away

Frustrating have been going to same Walgreens for 42 years & NOW there closed 90% of time. I'm on meds that I need daily & your open 1 or 2 days a week. I'm Disabled & have no car so I have to walk a mile from bus stop to get meds. The last 2 months I've ran out of meds.

I have had bronchitis all week and finally got in to see a doctors today. They called my prescription in to Walgreens at 19th and Uintah. I went after 5:00 on. Friday (after the doctors office is closed for the weekend) to pick up my prescription only to find out that the pharmacy was closed and had been closed all week because they don't have a pharmacist. I understand that it's difficult to staff right now but how difficult is it to make people aware, especially when it's a prescription that is needed? Another woman was also needing to pick up a critical medication, which she needed by Monday. Come on Walgreens, be a little proactive. You're messing with peoples health!

The worst pharmacy. I turn up at 12.38pm or 52mins before their 1.30pm lunch break to fill a simple prescription of binax covid19 home tests for three members. At 1.20pm, one staff member asks for name again and only then begins to fill prescription. Was then told by another white male member of staff to come back at 2pm and other staff members couldn't help me coz the boss had spoken. Despite the fact, only one order was left to pack. The boxes are literally displayed on the shelves. How hard is it to process these on the insurance?! If I could give zero stars, I would. To add insult to injury, an automated message called as this was happening to notify me that prescription was ready to pickup. Utterly disrespectful of customer time & health. Plenty of pharmacy staff (6 that I could see) as well, so not short staffed. They don't even offer free wifi for customers whilst you wait.

Every time I come here there's an issue. Either their system just crashed, or the pharmacist is just plain out for the day, or they don't have enough people working to manage a reasonable customer wait time... There's always something with this place. I'll be switching my prescription pickups to another pharmacy.

Scheduled an appointment online for a vaccine booster, arrived to my appointment 15 minutes early as requested, and the pharmacy is closed. New hours were posted at the register, no where else, and when I asked the attendant running the till she apologized. I didn't want to bite her head off because it's not her fault, but super frustrating nonetheless. If the pharmacy is now closed on the weekends, you shouldn't be able to schedule appointments online for the weekend.

I will never go to this store again - and would advise all of you to do the same. Had an appointment for a vaccination. Got a scowl from the front cashier as we walked in and asked for the restroom - and it just kept going downhill from there. Check-in went smoothly, but then waited an hour and 15 minutes for the pharmacist to finally come out and give us our shots. Not sure why they insisted on an appointment. As we were waiting, we witnessed all sorts of other incompetency's - not finding a man's prescription that they then had to rush to refill - a customer that came 20 minutes early for her vaccination appointment and it took them 20 minutes of standing at the counter to check-in (as well as then waiting over 30 minutes to get her shot) - another customer with vacc. appt. had to check back in later because there was a glitch in their system - customers brought in a new prescriptions and were told it would take 3 hours to fill because they were a little backed up. We also got another scowl from the front cashier as we exited the store. Yikes! Wish I could rate the service star as a zero instead of a 1.

We scheduled a PCR COVID 19 test through their pharmacy 10/19/2021. We followed the instructions and submitted the test at the drive thru as instructed. 10/20/2021 We received a voicemail that our prescription was ready at the pharmacy. Also we received an email from the lab saying our results were available. We find that our son's specimen was TNP meaning the test was never performed because the pharmacy at Walgreens failed to put my son's name on the specimen!!! The lab had no idea who's specimen they were given due to Walgreens's pharmacy poor service and ineptitude! Now we are four hours away and need to schedule another test and wait another 72 hours after that for test results.

I made an appointment for my flu shot, printed out the paperwork and filled it out. So no wait right. So I get there told them I had the paperwork filled out. But wait there is more paperwork to fill out. I'm like what ok. I look at the new paperwork...... exactly the same question I filled out. Then I see them throwing out the paperwork I brought in. 2 star because I got my flu shot. Don't waste your time filling out paperwork before you get here they won't use it and throw it out.
