“As most bunny/ pet owners know the vet can be VERY stressful ? I had been driving to another city for vet care for a few years now. I just couldn’t do the drive so I reached out to my local bunny rescue and they told me they use PPVC. Well it’s 12 minutes away ?
I was SO impressed with the both the vet and his tech ?? They were unbelievably gentle and extremely caring during the entire appointment and very thorough with their exam and explained their concerns with one of my bunny’s teeth. I felt SO happy and relieved that I have finally found a wonderful new clinic for my beautiful bunnies. I hope anyone who reads this will consider PPVC for any pet that you have.”

“I've brought my animals here for two years. I chose this vet after looking around at various reviews and have always been satisfied with the care I recieve here, but after today I thought I just NEED to write a review.
I got a puppy from a private rescue that started showing parvo symtoms the day after we got him. They accommodated me without complaint when I asked to swap out a previously set appt for my cat to have the puppy seen instead, and were informative and gentle in letting me know that the puppy had parvo. From going over cost and estimates they were great, but the thing that blows me out of the water is how they took complete initiative to open a case on my dogs behalf with the vaccine manufacturer for a vaccine their office HAD NOT administered. Parvo treatment can be extremely expensive and they went above and beyond to make sure my dog could be treated.
otherwise, the vet techs. the vet techs here are always so great that on more than one occasion I've asked my husband if its weird to ask a vet tech at my dogs exam if she wants to hang out sometime. I've never done it because it feels inappropriate but the vet techs are always lovely.
I have two dogs with chronic health issues who have been handled with love and care. when I have forgotten refills I have never felt judged. when my animals have needed regular rechecks it has been accommodated.
Dr Ramsel (and all techs) have been patient and kind in explaining all issues and options as well as kindly idulging my 5yo and his questions when I have had to bring him with me.”

“I highly recommend Northgate Animal Hospital. Dr. Bush has been caring for my geriatric Cavalier King Charles spaniel. He correctly diagnosed her heart condition, and a year later, her kidney disfunction. Although he is very busy, Dr. Bush takes time with each patient. He called me on several occasions to explain test results. His techs are also very patient and understanding. Even the receptionist is cheerful and friendly! Whenever I called with an urgent need, they were able to fit me into the schedule. I cannot thank them enough for the care that they gave my precious dog.”
“People who really do care about your pets. Front office staff very efficient and organized. The only thing I noticed is that the veterinarians here seem very heavy on prescribing meds and adding tests to your bill. Not only me, but I overheard others at the front desk who seemed a little surprised at the bill at checkout. Things ran up quickly.”
“We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Dorsett. Friday October 4th. We came in with our reactive German shepherd who can be considered “aggressive”. ( we knew this before arriving) They took all the necessary precautions with assuring us and our dog. They were so patient and kind when getting to know our dog so he would be confident and comfortable with them working on him. Dr Dorsett was thorough and took her time with us. She explained all of our options clearly and helped us set up a game plan for our pup. I have 5 animals and used to work in the vet industry and I have never been treated with so much respect by all of the staff. Prices were phenomenal as well. Thank you ALL so much. But especially Dr. Dorsett! We will be back!”

“We brought out ferret Franklin in for a tooth extraction and the team was absolutely amazing Dr. Stewert bates was absolutely amazing and we love how well he treats our ferrets! The nurse that came in before him was amazing too his name was Neil! He was absolutely amazing as well! I recommend this vet whole heartedly! We’ve never had an issue! Their pricing is amazing as well! Definitely recommend!
