The guy that greeted us at the front was rude. I told him I was thinking about switching from Android to Apple and he basically said "nope, you're staying with Android." I told him I wanted apple more, but I was looking at Samsung galaxies as well, and he decided for me that I was getting a galaxy. Pretty much kicked us out and said come back when the new galaxy comes out.

Omg where do I start. Bought 4 new phones online and the order never came. Alexis and Sal were happy to help, eager even, and insanely kind. I’m not super comfortable with doing this sort of thing so they made it super easy, Alexis was helping primarily. But honestly I will never go to another store because of how kind they treated us. I went back probably 5x to get things situated and they did more than any phone rep wanted to do. Huge shout out to this store, Sal, Alexis, and the team for how respectful, genuine, and helpful they were!!

Logan helped us out the THREE times we came in trying to figure out how to lower our bill. He was great and honest with us. He was so knowledgeable and there was no pressure from him regarding us coming in multiple times. Highly recommend!

Plan for 1/2 a day to get anything done here. Checked in with the manager, and he told us 45 to 60 min wait. He said he would text us when it was our turn, but if it took us longer than 5 minutes to respond, he would kick us out of the line. We waited 90 minutes with no follow-up, despite him walking right by us. Every time we go to this store, we expect a wait. Today was no exception. We have been using Verizon for over 20 years now but are not impressed with this store or manager at all.Just call Verizon or use their website, it will save you time.

Not a long wait time for a walk in. People were nice. On 9 Nov 2023, the I-phones they have out show a great trade in deal. They told me the deals are expired after I waited to be seen, that was irritating. Not happy about that. Still 3 stars for the people and wait time.

Pushy salesmen that don't listen to what you have to say. I was looking to sign over but the gentleman that "helped" me was very rude, one sided and wouldn't listen to what I had to say about what I was looking for. Long story short I went to t-mobile across the street and they did a great job so I signed with them.

Expectation management. The employees here excel at this skill. Verizon messed up my trade in, and the store couldn’t correct it. BUT they gave me the phone number to call, told me what to say to get to the right department, made sure I knew I would be charged a lot on my next bill (reversing the mistake on the credit previously given), and that the call to Verizon loyalty would be at least a 30 min call.Did they have to tell me all of that? No. They could’ve said “here’s the number,” and let me walk out the door. But by delivering the bad news right then, in person, I was fully prepared when I made the call. And made sure I had plenty of time to do it.By making sure I had appropriate expectations, they kept me from being super frustrated to find out it was a 30 min call and being charged $150 next month. Expectation management. Seriously businesses should take note. Bad news will happen, and in business disappointments are inevitable. But just making sure people know what’s going to happen calms sooooo much.

I just had an issue that my phone erased my cellular info. I called a million different places and went to this store for assistance.Kevin helped very kindly and quickly. I was expecting an endless nightmare and he was calm, polite and very supportive. I am very grateful for him.

It's a great service and we got all the deals we want. You have to get an appointment it get crowded later in the day.

The initial personal service was good. I only asked for two things, the entry level lowest priced unlimited plan and to be billed the first week of the month. I showed up at the store within the first few days of the month thinking my first bill would be a month later. About two weeks later I got my first bill. I went back in to try and move the billing date to the first of the month, and the service was not helpful, rather frustrating.

We were having issues with both an iPhone and a fairly new Android phone consistently dropping the network. We went to this store for help and worked with Logan. He was amazing. Very patient listening to our dilemma. He was able to resolve our issues! Thank you, Logan.

Staff was A-1. The process to turn a phone for an existing service on was a bit slow but the Verizon system is the best in the industry. Worth the time for the level of detail.
