Went in because I broke my phone, rep was super condescending because I didn’t have their $17 a month phone insurance on my plan. They also didn’t know how to read my bill and told me the new phone I was buying would NOT make my bill go up, so I paid off my old one and bought a the new phone, my bill went up $20 a month because these idiots at the store don’t know what they are doing.

My brother died and I called to cancel his service. I was told I had to go to this store to do that. The manager at this store canceled his service and told me I had to pay the balance on his bill, which I did. The next month, I got another bill. I called Verizon and was told they could not help me because I didn’t know his PIN. So I went back to the store. I spoke with Eugene, who agreed I should not have to pay the bill but said neither he nor the manager could help me, I had to call Verizon, which I had already done. Terrible customer service and extra money for Verizon from customers who give up on getting refunds out of frustration.

I went there trying to transfer data between 2 phones. Alex was beyond helpful walking us through the process and fixing the issue.

Great staff, but not a corporate store. So for some things they’ll be less of a weight but for other things, you may have to go to a corporate store.

The story of what I have been trying to accomplish since 9:30 this morning, and it's now 2:00 p.m., is too long to put here. It suffices it to that Jay at the North Academy store either has no idea what he's talking about or he's a straight up liar. I'm leaning towards him not knowing what he was talking about because someone else who works there backed up what he was saying - and what they both said was that a clerk at a different store was "lazy, and he lied to you because he didn't want to help you." However I just got off the phone with Verizon customer service and they said flat out that what he said was 100% false and that they would BOTH know better had they ever done or paid attention to any of the required training. My issue could have - and according to the policy the customer service representative on the phone read to me - should have been resolved at the North Academy store.
Additionally, I sat on the floor for an hour and a half waiting to be seen. In that obscene amount of time, the three workers on the floor did not actually process even a single customer until right before I was seen. They were working with the same three customers for the first 90 minutes I was in the store. I think you guys need to bring in some trainers and some new managers and maybe just have a hard reset.

Rich and Dakota took care of me and my fiancé. Great service during Black Friday madness

On entry we were greeted by a rude man that had a bad attitude that matched his gross body odour. We then sat and listened to the workers tell life stories about Tennessee, snow and desserts like they there to buy a phone not talk pumpkin rolls and fiancees as we waited an obscene amount of time to be served. There is no need for it to take so long to serve people maybe get rid of the chairs so the workers don't think they're at home on the couch having a casual chat! The customer service is so bad. I'm a foreigner who observed this. I'm guessing they might have the ability to serve 6 people each a day. Do better Verizon.

I went in for some home internet return issues and was met immediately with kindness and respect. I’ve been to some locations that were a nightmare and no one even acknowledges your presence. This place was fantastic from the start. Super quick and went the extra mile to help make sure my product was returned and confirmed with the receiving end. Super great people. Thanks again.

Jacob helped us out and was great! My husband and I switched from other phone companies and he made sure we got everything switched over correctly and answered any questions we had about the transitions and our upgrade options. Will go back for any help we need!

This store has friendly people here that helped me get into a Verizon plan from T-Mobile. Price is reasonable for the phone I got. Better then "Verizon" on briagate. They are fake lunatics over there and apparently not real Verizon. But these people treated me very well and talked to me about all the deals they had going on at the time. A+ experience will return

We came in today to switch our service from another cell provider to Verizon - CJ was fantastic! He explained all of our options to us, he made sure we were getting everything on our plan that we wanted and nothing that we didn’t, and so far in even just a few hours of using it, Verizon’s service is far better than when we had AT&T! Thank you CJ for being so helpful and efficient!

Terrible. I got here around 10:30am and the store was already full of customers and the two ppl who were working there were practically lollygagging, not working with any sense of urgency and putting everyone into a "queue" that seemed to never move. After standing there for 30 minutes I just left as I had more pressing matters than standing around watching two employees doing absolutely nothing. Management really needs to either add more staff or get rid of the two knuckleheads currently working at this store, as neither are an assist to this company that claims to have excellent customer service. Certainly did not see that today at all.

Best visit to a verizon store in a long time. Appointment was honored, in and out in 10 mins and got everything done I needed.

Don’t go here! This verizon is the worst! Shop online or drive to Austin Bluffs and Academy

Wasn't pleased that Verizon is making customers "check in" just to be seen. Garrett(?) the manager checked me in to buy a charger. I received a text that I was 6th in line. I helped myself to the charger, and Garrett rang me up shortly after. I'm thankful he didn't make me wait through 6 people just to make a quick purchase; otherwise I would have gone somewhere else, and looked into switching carriers.
