I applied for a Verizon Business Account in July 2023. There were numerous difficulties with this account which was later discovered that there was no agreement associated with the account during the genesis. Therefore, the corporate office could not locate my account and I could not access via online. For months, this was an issue that I could not resolve, but I continued to received a bill. In or around September, I decided to present to this store to finally resolve the issue and the business account manager, Elizabeth Williams was in the store. She was the only associate that resolved my issue. After she finished, I was able to established my account online to pay my bill, and have access to the convenience. On Thursday, January 11, 2024, I returned to this store to add a second line and the associates could not. When Elizabeth got involved, she discovered that there was no agreement number associated with my account. Once again, she was tremendous with resolving this issue and now my account is set up properly. Elizabeth is great at her job and the other associates are very good as well; I was in the store long enough to notice that she has a good team at this location.

I never knew it was so hard to switch from one company to another i have been on computer twice and it becomes a lot of work have called to talk business line rep and 3 days later they try and call on my day off so i go in at 6 one hour before closing and not enough time to get me new phones back in the day people cared about having your business and especially multi phone accounts

I am having a terrible experience with Verizon. If you have to deal with them i Colorado Springs please stay away from the University Village store. The manager is arrogant and just laughs. They have not done anything they promised when I signed up and are claiming things that are not true. I'm not a stupid person, but this is beyond anything I have dealt with on a consumer level anywhere.

Went to Broadmoor T/C Verizon location. We were met at the door by Claudia who made my upgrade simple and painless. She did a great explaining things. Thank you, Claudia for the great customer service.

We went in today to get a new phone we explained to him that we had Verizon internet and he said with a new phone you would save substantially a great deal off on your bill so we went through how much my monthly bill would be he gave me an almost 200.00 a month quote, I was shocked I said why so much he explained that there are activation fees and insurance on my phone I never even asked about insurance nor did I want it. I asked about my work discount and a military discount he said he knows nothing about discounts well honestly he could have went and asked someone I was told that I would get 800.00 just for my trade in so I have no idea why it was so much then I flipped over the paper and it said your first bill would be 300.00 what ???? Then 200.00 a month after that my head was spinning that is 60.00 more than what I’m paying now and I have AT&T we just felt misled and we felt that the sales person just wanted to make a sale and not offer any helpful information or suggestions so we left and we will never go back there. We even talk to a gentleman that was outside and he just brushed us off to. Do not go to this place the people there are so unknowable about everything and don’t care much about helping people.

All display phones at this store are now bolted to the wall. You can't even pick them up. Good job, Verizon, assuming every customer that walks in your store is a potential criminal. I've been a Verizon customer for 30 years but now am wondering if you deserve my continued business. I'll just go to the Apple store instead to purchase the $1,000 iPhone I came in to buy. Much friendlier and far better service.

Employee didn’t want to help us. When inquiring about a phone they complained they had to get a key. When asked about plans and services handed us a customer service number page. Unless they get commission they don’t help you apparently

Everyone is wonderful at this location. Dante was especially helpful and patient when I had some extenuating circumstances to work through to get our phones activated and switched from Boost mobile. So grateful for you guys and your help, thank you again!

Employees are relatively useless, I knew more about how to backup my Google Pixel than they did. Just felt like they were trying to make a sale rather than help. Manager came out and was somewhat knowledgeable.

I feel scammed. I literally had the best customer service I have ever received at Verizon. First bill arrived, I WAS SCAMMED! I needed 1 phone but got 2 phones, FREE PHONE WITH NEW LINES OF SERVICE, 3 YEAR AGREEMENT. I owe $2000 on phones. my bill is twice as high as she told me it would be and what the agreement she printed out for me states it would be.
