Walked in the store to buy an apple watch out right to add to
my plan. The person who I was speaking to about the watch. An associate asked them for a key. They walked away and asked what kinds of phone did the other person need and just left me standing there did not say a word. Just Rude! I guess you see a Black Women you think/perceive we can not afford a 400 apple watch. Yes we can. You lost a sale. Next time do better and yes I am currently a Verizon customer.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable for the most part. Most issues will be with Verizon as a company.

Customer service here is so poor. The two employees I encountered were rude and dismissive. One completely ignored my question and the other was not helpful at all. Take your business elsewhere where they care about the customer!

This location very very displeasing in their attitudes and the way they address you when you walk in the door and even serve you. Very impolite very rude like they don't want to be there. The way that people were being treated and the way they treated me I wouldn't want to be there either. This location needs to have new employees in management.

Don't come to this store. Authorized dealers are better to work with. Came in tonight to add a line and purchase 2 new iPhone pro Maxs (one was a trade in upgrade. We just upgraded one of our lines yesterday but we have since decided to switch everyone to iPhone so I needed to trade in the Samsung we got YESTERDAY). About a week ago, we finished paying off 2 pads and removed the service from them....because of this, the manager, who was wearing sunglasses in the store after 7pm, told us she was not able to help us at all because we had a "pending transaction".......but I just upgraded this phone yesterday. She refused to call the service line and actually help me. Instead she gave me a list of numbers to call on my own knowing I wasn't about to get any of those to answer..... we eneded up back at an authorized dealer who helped us with the added line but wasn't able to switch the upgraded phones because that had to be done at a corporate store (understandable) while at the authorized dealer, we heard them speaking to Verizon service, helping their customers. I asked the gentleman helping us if there was any reason he wouldn't be able to work with us and he said no. We told him the situation at the corporate store in Southgate and he laughed and said "she didn't want to help you" we will not be coming back here and will be taking our phone business to authorized dealers or Apple themselves from now on.

Wanted to upgrade my wife's phone.
The jerk that "helped" us was very rude and unprofessional and had an attitude problem. Wasn't much "help" at all.
Ain't nobody need that!
I'm going somewhere else!
Idiot!

My bf and I just visited this store to fix his phone from his insurance plan and also to gather some information as to why all of our lines went up $5. Dani was very blunt, condescending, and not helpful at all with an explanation other than “we all are getting that.” When we mentioned it might be worth leaving Verizon she said “ok, have a good day.” With a negative attitude.

I applied for a Verizon Business Account in July 2023. There were numerous difficulties with this account which was later discovered that there was no agreement associated with the account during the genesis. Therefore, the corporate office could not locate my account and I could not access via online. For months, this was an issue that I could not resolve, but I continued to received a bill. In or around September, I decided to present to this store to finally resolve the issue and the business account manager, Elizabeth Williams was in the store. She was the only associate that resolved my issue. After she finished, I was able to established my account online to pay my bill, and have access to the convenience. On Thursday, January 11, 2024, I returned to this store to add a second line and the associates could not. When Elizabeth got involved, she discovered that there was no agreement number associated with my account. Once again, she was tremendous with resolving this issue and now my account is set up properly. Elizabeth is great at her job and the other associates are very good as well; I was in the store long enough to notice that she has a good team at this location.

I never knew it was so hard to switch from one company to another i have been on computer twice and it becomes a lot of work have called to talk business line rep and 3 days later they try and call on my day off so i go in at 6 one hour before closing and not enough time to get me new phones back in the day people cared about having your business and especially multi phone accounts
