Arrived with my son at this Dublin Rd store / Colorado Springs , at 4p on 6/29/24. Attempted to upgrade to new phones with a family member on a business account yesterday at this store . Gentleman helping us was obviously new and kept having to get directions from younger supervisor that was in the store when we arrived . He gave us the pitch , then disappeared for over an hour and half , as this inexperienced, yet helpful man struggled thru trying to get us set up ! After 2 hours , at 6 pm , this guy , still had not begun to set up our new phones, just back and forth getting guidance from some online supervisors, for the business account . My patient son watching all the back and forth , realizing the ineptness of this situation and lack of caring by the more experienced employee, as he was absent, told him we were leaving. Interestingly , the more experienced guy then showed up to offer his assistance. And btw, no other customers had come into the store during that time between 4-6 pm, when we arrived until my son said ‘ enough’ , times up!
We had a similar experience with the Woodland Park Store a few weeks ago with Elijah , the store manager who was rude and obviously not wanting to be bothered to help us , but directing us to use the online services instead. Done with Verizon!!

My fiance and I went in today to change my plan from AT&T to Verizon. Anthony was extremely patient and very helpful. I had to sit on the phone and wait over 40 min to get the info I needed from AT&T and Anthony didn’t rush the process, nor was he impatient. I’ve gone through the updating of phones a multitude of times and this hands down was the best experience ever. Thank you Anthony for all of your help and being a kind individual.

Anthony is the man! He was patient, knowledgeable, personable and a great salesman. His counterpart Dan was also just as courteous. I’ve been to several Verizon in the city and this was by far the best experience

I needed to turn in our old phones and have them wiped and replace a screen protector on one of our new phones. Anthony was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional! He also told me about some special offers from Verizon but was not pushy, but very informative!
