We loved working with Jill George to find our perfect, very first RV. She was extremely knowledgeable and patient with us and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly. Even when we made a late decision to change RVs, Jill didn't miss a beat and was right there to help us along to find what works best for us. We LOVE our new rig, and highly recommend working with Jill and the rest of the Van City crew up in Colorado Springs.

My experience with Van City is not in the customer experience, but in the management department, specifically in the hiring process. They had an Ad for hiring offering $35 an hour for an experienced person. Even tho, I have the experience they require, I did not have the experience specifically on RV, which, I agreed. Here’s the reason of one stars. When the manager asked what I was looking to make and taking in consideration that I have experience but not specific on RV’s I said $25 per hours. It’s hard to describe his reacción of surprise and almost insulting face he made. He said and I quote “ $25 in hour????? There’s no way I can pay you that much, even with years of RV’s repairs and and being certified!!!”Then I asked about the $35 and hour that was advertised in the ad?He totally ignored it and didn’t explain anything about.“We’ll call you” he said.Never heard back. Not that I was expecting it…Don’t advertise certain amount when you have absolutely no intention to honor it. Even for experienced and Certified candidates.!!!just to fish!!!

I cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Van City RV!! We have been working with Jill George at Van City RV for about the last two years, from when we started looking into RVs through the process of purchasing from a manufacturer with a long waiting list. From day 1, Jill helped us feel informed about the purchasing process and the "dos & don'ts" of RV ownership, and we really appreciated her clear and prompt communication style (especially given that we opted for a vendor with a long waiting list).Jill sent out frequent updates from the manufacturer to make sure all of us who were waiting for our vehicles had all the information she did about production updates, and was always willing to respond to emails or jump on a call to discuss options. Jill is kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and everything you would want from someone helping you navigate a big purchase like this. There is nothing I would change about our experience working with Van City RV (especially Jill George!), and I would happily work with them again!

We recently purchased a 2023 Coachman Prism from Joe at Van City RV in Colorado Springs. We could not be happier with the entire experience! If you are looking for an RV of any kind, go visit Joe! Especially class b, class b+, and class c. Great selection!

Our propane started hissing loudly whenever we turned it on. We were three hours away. On short notice Lori got us an appointment on a Friday afternoon. Victor was great. In minutes he figured out it was a broken propane regulator. We had a spare and he had us on our way in an hour. Also, he noticed that it didn't look like a factory recall had been done on our awning, even though we had been told it had. He checked and he was right -- old parts, not the new. Something for a future trip. We'll be back!

I saw a friends Leisure Travel which he bought at Vancityrv in Vegas. I wanted one so I got online to inquire but went through the Colorado Springs Dealer. The sales lady- Jill George responded to my inquiry online and worked with me until we found the perfect model and floor plan She worked on getting me the best price and the purchase was smooth. A 3 1/2 hour class on operating the rig and we left very happy. It was exactly what we needed and Jill visited us at the campground and wife and I could not be happier.

This service shop provided excellent service and repair a couple years back. We did not leave a review but wanted to now. He helped with our air conditioning and fixed a few things that were coming apart where the factory did not attach them well. Warranty work and additional work was Perfect when we got it back. The repair worked and we never had issues after that.

We purchased a Class B RV from the Colorado Springs Van City RV. The entire experience from the first conversation to picking up the van and driving away was terrific. Our sales person Joe Hurley was outstanding, a great communicator, responsive, addressed all questions and concerns and made us feel very comfortable throughout the process. We also have a great experience with Laurie who handled the paper work and financial transactions and the walk through with Bill was very informative and helpful. i cannot say enough about our experience. We highly recommend Colorado Springs Van City RV.

Super shady business!!! RV owners beware!! They definitely cut corners with repairs and try to find loop holes to not cover warranty! The service is a nightmare!! They do not value your time, business or care of your RV! If you care about your RV do not buy or get your RV serviced at Van City!!

Called to get help on my motorhome and they transferred me to a voicemail. I can't understand how people are able to stay in business like this.

Great sales team TERRIBLE SERVICE TEAM. We had a great experience buying our LTV Unity MB with VanCityRV Colorado Springs in Feb.2022. When we picked it up and were given our “walk through” there was an issue with the awning arm (this was a used vehicle so no problem). We inquired about ordering a new one and were told we would be given a price when they could get the part. With supply chain we were expecting a long wait. A few months later we checked back and were told it was never ordered and the guy didn’t work there anymore. We have been trying to get the service department to find us the part since August. Every time we called they didn’t have the info they needed to get the part. Pictures were sent. Then labels with SN #’s. Never asked about it being covered by our very expensive warrantee, she offered to check. Never did. Called warrantee co, was told the part was covered I needed to have VC send the work order. Did that. Now it’s Jan. Nothing. Finally decided to do a little work, find it myself. After about 20 min of research the part was being shipped (the one they could never manage to find) at a cost of $10 instead of replacing the entire unit. From a COLORADO company up the road. In the meantime we had been inquiring about upgrades totaling over $7,000 which we were hoping they would do. It has become such a hassle that we are looking elsewhere to have the work done. The service mgr really acted like they did not want to do the work. They did not want to advise on any parts without charging us for the advice. They wanted us to buy all the parts ourselves so we “could save $$ on shipping and “mark up”. I guess they really did not want to do this work. Apparently $7000 is a drop in the bucket for them and don’t need our business, after buying a $100.000 plus vehicle. If you are looking to buy here, great place. SERVICE? Go elsewhere. They have no idea what service is and apparently don’t need the business.

Some reviewers miss, that they have a part to play in creating their own experience. In these post-modern times, recreational vehicle dealers face many challenges. Even dealerships with strong customer service ethics cannot control manufacturers, manufacturer's supply of parts and the quality of units that have decreased due to cost cutting at factories. Van City in Colorado Springs, Colorado can be a great friend and help. Take responsibility for aspects of your scenario that you are causing by circumstances you bring from manufacture preference, lack of maintenance diligence, personal karma, confusion due to lack of research and all that may affect Van City's efforts to keep you happy at your camping sites and on the road. Learn about your unit, your manufacturer's part supply status, about battery types and tire quality. Do the maintenance actions on equipment that are needed. Be aware that the dealership you schedule parts ordering from, should be the location where work is accomplished. For example, attempting to engage Van City in a 3 way warranty job where another shop is doing the work and VCRV is ordering the parts, crosses ethical and practical lines (even if the manufacturer says it is fine with them) causing dissatisfaction to become probable and self-created. I like their industry knowledge and repair capabilities. When I deal squarely with them, they give me ways to accomplish what is needed, and go out of their way to bring the experience together.

Bought my Thor in another state and Van city did some warranty work Did a fantastic job and the staff was friendly. We traveled from Elizabeth and they even gave us a ride to eat breakfast while they worked on the vehicle. The crew working on the Van was informative and walked me through the vehicle when done. Just a great place.

We just completed our purchase of a 2021 Coachmen Nova. Jill George worked with us from the very beginning (June 2021) until yesterday when we finally got to pick it up! What a pleasant experience it was! Despite all the unforeseen supply shortages, Jill did her best to keep following up with Coachmen and keep us apprised. The entire team at VanCity RV is amazing! Karl made the signing process so easy & effortless and Bill M. did a phenomenal walk-through with us. They have been patient with us, as we are new to the RV world. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thank you everyone at VanCity RV!
